My tips for One Tee 1. Player body position related to puck position, this is why I normally load up the manual one tee before so my player is always in perfect body position. 2. Placement of the shot. This year the tendys are much better higher up so like the nhl u wanna aim it above the pad but under the glove. 3. Position on the ice is huge for these but higher u are the likely they go in like your first one tee goal in the vid, anything from the faceoff dot to the top of the circle but is the best place. Connecting to placement from above the circles u wanna aim far side high anything lower on the ice aim low glove. Thats my tips against cpu tendys also unlike some other x factors to get consistent one tees u want about anything over 87 slap power and 82 slap accuracy
I wish we had NHL 22 One Tees this year I feel like they aren’t overpowered as they use to be Goalies make some ridiculous saves. But I appreciate the guide to do them better this year thanks man keep it up.
Yeah the goalies react to those shots more so due to how op is was in previous years. If the shots are elevated top corner each time, most to all of them would have been in. Could be builds or improper aiming of left stick.
appreciate how you always sharing the information you know to others that don’t. you deserve more recognition for how much you help normal players become better and an actual understanding of hockey in general💯keep up the content bro definitely been showing friends your videos to help them out too!
Passing with the puck on your forehand/backhand (tape) facing your target greatly increases the 1t ability also. Highly suggest Tape 2 tape for any team trying to set up 1t's. The faster the puck gets out, the higher the quality of the 1t. Think about the Goalie rotating over, the quicker and harder the pass comes out to the 1t shooter, the better chance he has to score if he understands how to aim, also the wider the open space is in net. I notice alot of people in NHL24 pass without focusing on the quality of their passes. Slowing down for a second to focus on the puck being on your tape will enhance the quality of the pass and increase scoring ability overall. I dont think there is a perk more important in a game where passing is predominantly one of the most important traits. Getting passes out quicker/harder helps with everything, especially creating space and higher quality shots. Throw on tape 2 tape and retry this. As long as your LW is aiming top left, these should be goals. I slowed down some of the attempts and a few of these are just not being aimed top left while the net is open.
Passing does have an affect, but I wouldn't say you need to have tape to tape in order to score on one tees. The heavy load and deciding factor comes from the one tee shot itself. As long as the pass is hard and on target, it should work. Having high passing rating should be enough, I usually work with high 80s to 90.
Great video! Theres a couple thing you missed such as passing attributes and Offensive awareness among other things but the knowledge about angles and timing is important.
Yeah those things may have an effect. I'm unsure about offensive awareness as it's unclear if it helps. Passing can with getting it in a place that allows the shot to work but it's more so on the player shooting to ensure they're lined up correctly.
You should test the reaction time with different offensive awareness levels... I feel a bit quicker to react to the puck with a 98 off awareness but I feet much better to react on D with a 94 Def awareness on a 2 way, compared to 68 on a sniper for example
@deecee2174 Offensive awareness helps with many different things in the o-zone. It's usually best to have it near 90 or more. I don't think it reacts to the puck quicker on one tees unless you have the one tee ability on your build.
You need to be in a club and then when you are in a club game group, you can change the game mode to free skate, or do a team game against a computer team.
Big thanks to Zane for helping me make this video! Don't forget to like and subscribe if this video helped!!!

Thanks I appreciate the help against cpu goalies. I usually play 6s against human goalies so I don't know the ins and outs against cpu.

How do you go into free skate with a friend?
@@Tanner_777 Get in a lobby with them, then bottom right, change game mode from public match to practice. Then select open practice.
You’re the man! Thanks!
No problem
I'd get a lot of value out of a guide on how to win faceoffs, if you feel like you could do one.
Yeah I can see if I can do that.
