I graduated Political Science last 2014 and just finished my Master's Degree in Professional Studies Major in Public Administration last April. Currently, I am a Political Science professor. My advise for those who aspire to take the said course, just do your best and make reading a habit. Yeah, it's somewhat boring... sometimes, but trust me, reading will take you there. It will improve your logical thinking, and help you to analyze and formulate ideas properly- with basis.
I'm good in writing essay basta may basis at alam ko about sa topic. About sa reading naman,dati nung elem ako nagbabasa na ako ng dictionary yung english. Sobrang kapal(about 2000+ pages ata yun diko na alam since nakalimutan ko na) nung dictionary na yun and sobrang laki. pa. Maraming nakapaloob dun about dialects,regions and provinces of the philippines, meron ding Mathematics,sayings of famous authors. Nung tumuntong na ako ng highschool, nawala yung confidence ko sa pagsasalita ng ingles. During our flag ceremony, my old classmate when i was still in elementary made fun of me, and i asked her in english like this, " are you insulting me", then tumawa lang sya tapos sinabi nya "wow english".After that pag nagsasalita na ako ng ingles sa harapan ng ibang tao,nabubulol at kinakabahan na ako. Kase what if tawanan ulit ako,natakot na ako nun. Buti nalang nagkaroon ng k-12 program at medyo natanggal ko yung kaba ko pag nasa harap na ako ng maraming tao. I even join school pageants. I'm very thankful na merong ORAL COMMUNICATION at PRACTICAL RESEARCH sa SHS. A Oral Communication is a verbal form of communication where you communicate your thoughts,present ideas and share information.While Practical Research refers to the building of knowledge useful to practice that adheres to the basic principles of scientific inquiry-clearly defined research. questions, valid measures of behavior, systematic collection and analysis of. data, and appropriate conclusions. Sobrang beneficial ng mga subjects sa SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL. Btw, bago ko makalimutan, i'm a NCII passer na po sa BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION. Pangarap ko talagang maging chef o baker, pero after kong mapanuod yung debate sa SMNI PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE 2022 last tuesday, na inspire akong kunin ang PolSci. Andami ko ding natutunan dun sa debate na yun and i hope may part 2.
Hello! Thanks for dropping by! To answer that, yes! My blockmates and I have also asked our professors on what is the best pre-law course, if it is polsci. Trust me, they all have the same sentiments that law is wide and diverse. It's like starting from scratch. :) However, there is an edge for a polsci student. We already have an idea since the subjects we take are law-related. In Letran, our professors even ask us to digest cases as preparation for those who want to pursue law! :)

Depende sa school, generally sa mga universities under ng CHED, Gen. Math lang. Pero sa UP, marami kaming math. We have Math 17 (algebra and trigonometry) and Math 1 (General Math). Also in economics, maygahd I cannot emphasize well enough how many math is there in Economics.

Hi Kristine! Usually, it starts with the subject, facts of the case then issue/s then ruling! Digesting a case can be tricky at times. Hehe nakakalito yung subject and issue/s kaya it's very important to analyze it very well so you could pinpoint what's needed :)
