first remove the motor make sure its rotating fine maybe jammed and need replace then check your input gears inside the diff maybe they are toasted in the diff box

Hey man I just a problem with the black main shaft when I rotate it the rear where the wheels go don’t rotate what can I do to fix it

yes my dear , remove the space on the upper A arm install a two way screw then you can adjust as you need
