Glad I'm not the only one cussing this back window, this one is testing my patience for sure I'm hear doing homework before I get to these side windows. 🤟
Love the song, love the truck, I find myself watching vids of it over and over just cause it’s just such a nice build. 👍🏻
We all appreciate the effort you are putting into a shiny build
Lol man it’s killing me🤣 but now it’s coming together I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m impressing myself. Didn’t think I had it in me to pull this off.
I feel your pain. I tried my best to make a showroom fresh Mojave build. It came out pretty good, but as much as I love it I see all the small details I goofed up. However it's a trail truck and I learned a lot. Your truck still looks good and I love that color.
heat the tube it should temper it and make it easier to bend or fill with dry sand and cap both ends so it has some support while bending, if its k&s tube grab one of their benders to suit the size of tube. just a few ideas. loving the build
Looks good Josh! After USTE it'll have a scratch or two, then you can tape over the windows and do the patina job on it!(No shelf queens) If you're going to add a driver 1/12 scale figures work fairly well (the WWE have to be amputated at the knees and some bend more at the waist than others). Good progress, can't wait to see the next video!
Reminds me of my 82, on 33's. Minus the shiny paint
Nicely built truck 👍
Otra gran entrega esta parte 1 sobre El RC4wd Toyota 87 Xtra Cab Build, Lights and Final Assembly, mis respetos y saludos desde Venezuela.
It does look like a nice truck all shiny like that.
Beautiful. Your work is always fantastic!
Coming out great! Might not be your cup-of-tea, but you'd never know it cuz it looks sweet!
This is turning out great, the finished product is gonna be sweet can't wait. 👍👍
If you do try another "shiny" project, which I hope you do, you should try some "Model Master: Clear Parts Cement & Window Maker" or any brand of Clear Parts Cement & Window Maker for gluing the windows.
It dries completely clear so you don't have to worry about hazing and if you accidentally get it on the window it's no big deal and it will hardly be noticeable after it dries. It takes a little longer to dry but it's well worth the wait imo.
Man, I wish I had heard of this before. The tamiya cement is at least non whitening. Lol I will have to get some and try it out. Thanks for the tip!
Yeah more shiny
Hey! It turns out to be good in my opinion! Don't be stress, good job done! Thank you for sharing it here. From: Singapore. :)
As for the exhaust. Use solid aluminum round bar. Then use the aluminum tube as the exhaust tips.
Looking good.
The tails are the hardest thing to do!
Well it’s still looks awesome.it’s coming out great 👍
Pretty cool work mate. Enjoyed watching it.
tres beau boulot bravo

Watching all these Xtra cab videos which are fantastic! What scale engine did you go with? I'm looking at going with the R4 trans and the rc4wd small block v8 on my Xtra cab build but that scale 22r you have is really nice looking.
The motor was from scale designs by mr comma D. He has a ton of v8 options from all makes that will work with the r4 trans.
@@RCeveryday ok thanks so much for the info
killer job... 🦅👍
Looks really good
The build looks awesome man. I would do the warm white leds for the headlights though. And i saw a GCM video where Chris ground the led end flat to help dissipate the light in the housing, ive been doing that to all my leds since i saw that. Anyway, look forward to the rest of the build.
Man it looks bloody sick im in the process of buying new parts for my traxxas trx4 defender
Looking great man!
eai bhroder what is the secret to learn this profession i think it's really cool to make carts but i don't have practice.
Just wait for the first scratch when on the trail. Careful or not, it's bound to happen
Yes I call that the butt puckering moment 😂
Did you paint the door cracs and all the lining on your cars ,? What did you use ?
I want me a crawler for Christmas but I need project car parts for my full size 😭 think imma sell my collection and buy a scx kit or sum
But.. if you want it nice, dont drive it. Scratches will come as you know 😉 painted a truck myself awsome, and f days after made a wash on it, bened it and rust patina 🤣 could help it. In this hobby it looks rong if its to perfect. Great Chanel. Greetings from Denmark. Mickey
what glue did you use to put the light lens in please?
It’s a tamiya cement. Non whitening. That’s the most important part.
👍😁👏NICE JOB BRO✊🤘✌
Nice👍😎🎖
What are those you using for black detailing on the door and window trim ?
Testors flat black enamel paint pen
@@RCeveryday sorry,.. does sharpie oil based can do the job ?
no they will not cover well
For the clear windows Is it only the windshield that gets the black treatment? I’m also seeing that the one I have has 4 screw tabs on the windshield. Yours doesn’t appear to be that way
Where could I find that 1/10 22r
motor
scale designs by mr comma D. He makes all kinds of awesome 3d printed engines
What markers did you use?
testors enamel flat black
What tires ?
RC4wd 1.55 mud slingers on GCM minimag wheels
Sure looks to me like the tail lights are upside down
I found this body a nitemare to build especially windows 😮
I hear ya, those rear windows were rough. Mine still had glue smudges.
👍🏽🐒🇺🇸
Sell it to me..
Well that just doesn't fit your collection, it needs abused lol
