Daily Beat Making in Ableton | Day 29

Today’s beat was a bit of a struggle-everything sounded off at one point, but I stuck with it and ended up with something pretty decent. The second half, where the break comes in, is my favourite, and I’ll probably end up using that in a track.

My only goal is to create a beat (drums only), and then build an arrangement in 55 minutes.

My approach to every beat: No mixing, no plugins-just faders. I select the samples, arrange them in time, balance the levels, structure the track, and then bounce it.
