  • Fastest way to Reduce----STRESS. Physiological Sigh
    Physiological Sigh
**Double inhale followed by a long exhale
**Forces air into the Alveoli (sacs)--50-140 sq meters (Tennis Court 195.71 sq meters)
** Off loads maximum carbon dioxide
    **Inhale increases heart rate
    ** exhales decrease heart rate
**Diaphragm is innervated by the Phrenic nerve
**Crus of diaphragm is innervated by the vagus nerve.
    1 to 3 Physiological Sigh
Inhaling through the nose will stimulate the paranasal sinus which increases Nitric Oxide
Exhaling while humming will further increase nitric oxide.

❤ 2 years ago I found out I had an extremely high blood pressure mainly because of stress. Having heard about nitric oxide I started to experiment with my breathing and found that the long breath out lowered my B/P after about 5 breaths. Thank you so much Dr for confirming this. ❤

Awesome!. I have not heard of this before and you explained it beautifully. I watched you demonstrate about a half a dozen times, and I’ve watched the video a couple of times. I will need to watch it again to truly understand,so I have book marked it.I think it’s going to work because I’ve already tried it a few times and then I began to yawn. I only yawn during the day when I’m really relaxed. So I look forward to trying this when I’m feeling stressed. Thank you so much for teaching us this technique! Love from Vermont

I wanted to ask since I don't have any answers anymore. It's about my mother. My mother has her own practice and works a lot. She has evolved over the years
always complained that she had pains in the abdominal area but ignored everything because she didn't have time to see a doctor.
Recently she finally went to the doctor and it came out that she has a kind of narrowing or stones in the kidney and an inflammation down in the spine.
I suggested fasting to her, but she says that I'm hardly anything anyway if he only eats fruit in the evening and maybe during the day . She also takes supplements daily, doesn't smoke, and drinks very little. She also moves a lot. And she hardly has any stress (she thinks)
What is it that makes you sick? Where does this inflammation come from? What can we do?

How should I breathe when I’m doing an aerobic exercise such as kickboxing. Where are you are pushed to almost being a little out of breath? Should I attempt these long Bretz while I’m exercising that high speed just curious
