stumbled upon one of your interviews a few weeks ago as try watching 1 video a day about all the types of subjects you cover. this channel has made that quest a lot easier. your interviews are amazing. you ask all the right questions and show the most amazing understanding to all your guests and they shine brighter because of the situation you put then in. I will forever follow this show and already have my mother watching them as well. You are making a huge difference my friend bringing this to the public. I live in the UK so your message is traveling far. I thank the universe for bringing me you.

Loved listening toTal Ben-ShaharPhD aboout happiness, and that happiness is what's in the detail; chasing after happy makes us less happy/lonelier. Being mindful, experiencing our friends and family fully in the moment is happiness ! Thank you, Tal ! And, thank you, Michael for this interview !

It's funny when he said it's disturbing that many people want to be rich and famous. He's so right; the kids who want to be a celebrity don't even know that a lot of celebrities commit suicide all the time.

my girlfriend and i are taking a break. it was her idea, but i am starting to feel better already. i am sad that we're having problems. we have great affection for each other. yet i have no idea if we will work it out. but my feelings about the future are that much more optimistic. finally, i can think about the future and know it's not in the hands of some overly emotional creature. it's a sad thing, at the same time; she really does care about me. and i care about her a lot, too. but it takes a lot of time and effort to change, even when you want to. so imagine how difficult it is for someone to get better when they don't even acknowledge that they should (and could) change anything. i'm just venting. this is what's on my mind at the moment.

I witness men and women these days struggling together with currently grabbing control over over their own circumstances, you are not about to be in the position to grow to be empowered for anybody who is not willing to bring about the choice that sets you free. You can find the choices in life we bring about are positively or perhaps poorly augmenting our behaviours and how we live.
