Thanks for the video. I just did the same thing yesterday after finding out there was an update. Looks great in the 04 Ram 3500 Cummins. This is absolutely the best car launcher there is IMO..

@@AuntyUncle I've tried a lot of car launchers and Agama is no doubt the best. A couple things I changed was the music player. I play my music with Neutron player. The sound is above and beyond any other player out there. Also for music videos or any videos I use MX Player.

I’ve got this on my phone and connect it to my basic head unit when I get in the car. It takes 5 seconds and gives me most of the features you’d get from an Android head unit except no temp read out and no steering wheel controls.

Great video. I just started using this launcher, but can't get my app choices to "stick". Every time I go back to the music button, for example, it doesn't bring back the music app I prefer using. What's the deal??
After you turn on Convex Player FM Radio follow-by pressing the Home Button (on the left of your player) to AGAMA Home Screen, does your FM Radio play in the background or it turns off? How to set FM Radio to play in the background when you are in AGAMA Home Screen?
The radio turns off and don’t works in the background once Agama launcher is on top. I don’t have any solutions to this yet
If I press the home button in radio app, it returns to Agama launcher and radio keeps playing in background.
How do you change the time? I can't figure it out.

I don’t think so, perhaps Agama Car Launcher developers can add this as an update in their next version

Very nice interface and everything looks good. However i cannot manage to configure the radio button neither the camera button. The apps dont appear on the list. I cannot use this launcher if i cannot use the radio on my car!
Can you explain how to connect the phone via BT to the AGAMA carlauncher?
When in the apps menu, what does the eye in the upper left mean? Mine also has a rocket icon, and I don't understand what it means either.
The rocket is for the Apps Autostart...if you start the launcher you can let someone Apps start automatcliy after a few seconds.
I just put the same head unit in that you show in your video. But for some reason I can't get it to become the home default launcher. Any ideas?

This is best launcher I tried all other apps they suck this works perfect I paid for full version 5 mins after trying it because it’s simple and functions perfect however they the place where you add apps in the launcher there should be more space it only allows you to add like 3 for example radio you can add 3 apps maps you can add 3 apps like that they need to make it where you can add like 5 6 apps 3 is very limited

Hello. The microphone does not work when I'm trying to give Google voice commands. In fact the microphone is no enabled for any Google service such as search in Chrome, Google Maps etc. Is there any particular setting to enable it?
You have to download the Google Assistant and Google Voice.

Hi guys. I installed this yesterday and the car info app is missing,cannot find it in either agama, nova launcher or other launchers.
Everytime I start my A3 it uses Android Auto instead of the Agama Car Launcher. How to change that? I want to use the Agama Car launcher on the MMI/Display of my A3.
What is the -- ± sign for on the top and how to you configure that if thats for volume then why mine doesn't work ? Any help would be appreciated
Not all the android head unit works, mine don’t work as well. You can hide the buttons. Find it at the settings

Hi I just installed this, the the volume buttons either side of the time at the top dont seem to work, I press either one and it brings up the volume bar at the bottom but will not change the volume up or down,

Hi. I have set the Agama launcher as default. However when I start up my car, the home screen back to original interface. Then I need to press home button so that Agama launcher will use back as default. Did u have this same issue? And how to setting it?

What he meant is how to make agama launcher home screen automatically appeared when start up the car instead of original interface appearing & need to press home button to make agama launcher home screen displayed (need to do manually each time want to start up the car) coz i'm having the same issue. Just installed the launcher yesterday. When checking at the setting, it's already have agama launcher as default home. Hope anybody knows how to settle this issue.
Updated as of 22.09.2020: i have unintentionally fixed the issue by pressing MCU upgrade then suddenly, the player reboot. After that, Agama launcher performed well till now.

Remove buttons from view in setting s. Same issue for me, no fix, they say in the settings it might not work on your device.
Bottom icon name music player, music player is not open when I press that. Also not able to change app for that particular button. Can u plz help.
You got to press and hold the button till the option for you to choose app appears.
I need help I had a tablet that had 9.0 pi go version and it didn't let me allow the permissions for the notifications for the music player and the GPS to show on the app is it because it was the go version or is it 9.0 itself

@@AuntyUncle I ordered a Samsung tab and my friend who sells ta let's mods in our factory bezel (04-08 Acura TL) says that he's used them before and they worked fine. He said it was probably cause it was the go edition and full on pi.
But thanks, Pandora works good with the music player too poweramp shows what song is playing though no matter what screen is up I like that.
@@AuntyUncle it's mounted and looks and works beautifully, but I just use Pandora as my music player and it's on auto play and the only thing that sucks it's the same as my old tablet, I can't download the radar cause it says not available on my country.

To be frank, I am not sure, however I don’t think it should affect your rear camera
My Xtrail/ Rogue have a 360 degree camere and it still work as normal

Why doesn't AGAMA auto launch when the head unit is powered? I have to wit for it to load whenever I launch to an app than the go to the home screen. Any ideas on how to fix?

I think you have to set it as the launcher in your andriod settings. It works on my headunit running 9.1
go to agama.. look for settings .. review the settings and you should see home laucher... switch it to agama
@@goodfellapt2 tried that too. but it seems you'll always have to press home button on device to launch Agama when headunit is powered up.

Good night, I'm trying to use it on my Android media center, but I have a problem that the Radio, Bluetooth etc apps, native to my center don't appear in the list of apps to put the shortcut on. Really like The app. Dees most of what I want. I actually paid for it. Suddenly started crashing whenever I try to access apps, settings, anything off the main screen.. Currently useless. Tried contacting the developer.... Crickets. That means no response to you non English speakers.

Is your car player android player? If yes, it should comes with Built in Radio app.
@@AuntyUncle Of course it is. But when I go through the apps to setup the radio section no default radio app shows up. everything else does Spotify play store bluetooth etc. Have an eonon stereo

It’s only available for 30 days free trial. Then you will need to pay for it. I have no idea how to get it free. If you find any, be careful it’s a malware.

How to split screen on AGAMA UI?
Agama is just a launcher, it’s not a UI. Means it’s just a front face with customizable buttons. Once you launch apps, it’s entirely normal android ui behind it. I have yet to be able to split screen using the normal android. Perhaps you can download another split screen app for this function
On the top of the screen press the square icon then it will show all open apps. Long hold an app and drag it to the side. Unfortunatly it does not stay solit screen after each restart.

Apple CarPlay don’t need a shortcut, it automatically starts once you connect the cable to your iPhone

Try uninstall this app. If still don’t see it, reset the head unit

@@AuntyUncle fixed it. Only way to to set it was to go into car settings and then default settings and change it from there. Going through the app etc wouldn’t work

@@papibrossard78 If on android use an app called macdroid. You setup a macro that connects as follows: When bluetooth connects to android=Hotspot turns on. Then set one up for when bluetooth disconnects from android turn hotspot off. Works everytime
