As a person who likes burgers medium rare everyone tells me to be afraid of e coli but if the restaurant just washes the beef before they grind it that wont happen. So if a restaurant refuses to cook my burger how I order it I take it as a sign they don't wash their food and their kitchen is probably filthy so I should go somewhere else anyway.
At least the hipsters will all get food poisoning - just pity us normal people who like nice burgers, who first had one of these without knowing of this trend, and found ourselves biting into undercooked, overpriced poison.
