Really, the steam workshop community is what brought C:S to where it is today. Cheers to all those amazing people, who as a community so small as C:S, manage to create so many amazing creations. To all the asset creators, such as Beardmonkey, to all those map creators, to all the people who show the world what C:S is and what it can do, such as Imperatur, Keralis, Infrastructure, and others. Cheers to what we have done with this game. Even without these amazing changes throughout the years, i would still play this game.

First two youtubers who put their cities skyline on my attention are Kelaris and Fruxtrance (Fluxburg at the time). I have seen all of their cities skyline series, literary every ep. These two amazing guys are among the First to really spread to the world this amazing game. I would still play Cities Skylines without the changes, mostly because I play for the sake of making an actual working city instead of spending hours just detailing one city block. That being said, please make a normal Cities Skylines playthrough (a real series) in the future, without all the over-detailing that most YTers do.

So I've recently switched to a near-vanilla experience, with some crucial mods, and a small selection of assets to bridge the gap somewhat. I just dont have the money to upgrade my graphics card or processors... *weeps*
I remember how making highway junction was pure evil (especially before I knew how to reverse one-ways 😂. Now it’s much faster and pretty with move it and the gagillions différent roads. I love this game!!!!
Without the changes, I'd be bored pretty quick. Mods and assets prolongs it tenfolds. But I'd never start out with all the mods and assets I'm using now either. And no, 32GB RAM is adequate playing this game.
