- Hey guys in this latest addition to my channel I thought i would show you how to disassemble your 350z trunk and remove your stubby antenna the correct way. This is ideal for painting or wrapping your car!

Most likely and you could check connect on stereo side as well!

What about that metal antena box ??
What about it brotha? I didn't remove it because I was only removing mine for paint prep. If you are deleting your antenna completely then just disconnect it and remove the box :)
Late response- That is for the ground. If you remove it, your radio will not turn on.
Hey man loved the video! quick question, when you started your car up after doing this did your radio even turn on? Just asking because after I did this my radio gets no power and won’t turn on at all anymore. I heard that the antenna is a ground?

we cant catch the signals in the car should i do this in reverse
Would be a good place to start check all the connects including back of stereo.
