Even though they have so much coastline and warm water, I have never seen videos of people swimming on the beaches in Dubai.
The only thing Dubai Doha Saudi and other middle East countries are lacking which is natural beauty like trees .they have big buildings but lack in natural land and trees

For the Dubai ring I initially thought it was impossible but now that you mention in this video I will say that building the initial pillars up to 550 m or 600 m high and then slowly expanding out from there with whatever needs to be done with like light amount of stuff and then connecting things and going from there that can actually be done my opinion but you’ll have to talk with the engineers and the architects and the planners to really work out the specifics but I said it’s feasible but it just takes some a lot of planning and engineering and all that stuff
