He even makes a reference to the scene where Freddy kills people with a Nintendo Powerglove... Because if anyone forgot, that's a thing that happened in Nightmare on Elm Street. Haha

So Red Hood (as Bethany called him Deadpool) is actually the 2nd Robin after Dick Grayson quit and became Nightwing. The current Robin is actually Batman's biological son Damien Wayne. The chick with the flaming hair is Starfire or Princess Koriand'r, she is a Teen Titan along with Robin (Dick Grayson at first but Damien took over), Cyborg, Beast Boy and Raven and I guess Terra. If you haven't already check out Batman: Under the Red Hood, super good DC Animated movie and my all time favorite at that.

Also Arkham Knight. Great game for casual gamers because of it's two button combat with more focus on amazing animation and feel of flow over having precise reflexes, also has been free on Epic Game store before.

Black Adam was the first Shazam, in the sense that the same wizard chose to give him the same powers in Egyptian times. He lived long enough to see himself become the villain, and was killed. Modern day Adam is either a powered up descendant of the original Adam, or in some instances, the original himself returned from a forced exile into deep space by the wizard.

Doesn’t Shazam make black Adam kill himself when he tricks him into saying Shazam and since his original form was very old he turned to dust
Black Adam was a slave from ancient Egypt times. His nephew, Aman, was deemed worthy of the powers of Shazam and he shared some of the powers with Adam to save him from death. Adam wanted to eliminate their previous oppressors while Aman wanted to save other slave but Adam didn't think Aman's plans would work so Adam killed Aman and took the rest of the powers of Shazam from him.

The space kitty is named Dex-Starr. He became a red lantern when he was thrown off a bridge after witnessing his owner's murder.

Black Adam and Shazam are two different people. Two of em basically got their powers from different mythologies, Shazam from the Greek side and Adam from the Egyptian side

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames and she’s fun to use in the game. She has moves that can freeze the opponent and she has a special move that, in the receiving end, it’s annoying af cuz it’s hard to avoid and does quite enough damage
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames She is certainly wasted in Suicidé Squad (2016) as she is a lot more of an interesting and tortured character in the comics, yet sadly she was never utilised well in the film. Shame though.

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Her powers in Titans seem to have been toned down a bit, but so were the powers of most of the supers in most DC tv shows. That’s done so that the non-supers aren’t completely outclassed.
Injustice games when and did the opposite and gave all the non-supers Kryptonian DNA to narrow the gulf.

They actually did a comic line that the second game kind of follows the game but never really shows up in full. But really they made Superman and Wonderwoman pretty evil in this. Especially if you go through the comic.

Think it was already. Injustice 2 canon ending is the Superman ending, so they have to once again dip into other universes for heroes to help them take him down for good. I believe they are going into the “Heroes of the Universe” Universe this time. That means He-man and She-ra.

The flying cat is named Dex-star when some thugs killed his human and threw him into a river, a Red Lantern ring was attracted to him and his first act was killing and eating the thugs.

The hardest panels is his whole story, IMO, were when he was curled up, mourning, and telling her that he killed her murderer and that he's a good kitty.

Atrocitus is the ‘main’ Red Lantern Character, while green lantern is moved by “force of will” the red lantern gets its power through all anger in the universe, that’s why he looks so mad all the time hahah
As you guys know there’s one lantern for each “sector” of the universe, we have hal and john and others, and for the red lantern, the cat is the one that is assigned to our sector of the universe
He also has a good story, I think his owner died and some people mistreated him, and he got so angry that the red ring chose him

Another fun fact about red lanterns the "fire breath" is actually their blood. When putting on a red ring all your blood is burned away and replaced with red lantern energy. Without a blue lantern "hope" they can die when removing said ring.
I suck ass at fighting games, but Injustice is one of those that I follow purely because I enjoy the story of it. The basic premise of Injustice is that Superman went mad after Lois Lane died and he became a tyrant, so Batman had to take him down. A bunch of the characters in Injustice are so cool, as well, genuinely enjoy watching gameplay of it (and though there's no confirmation of this anywhere, I think League of Legends took notes from Injustice's Scarecrow for the Fiddlesticks VGU, so I think that's pretty cool)

You could say The Regime is like the animated series Justice Lords. It is a fitting and apt comparison.
Fun fact,Scarecrow in the game is voice by the original Freddy Kruger.

Btw one fact about the Red Lanterns is that the ring uses their blood as fuel (apart from you know... the rage and all that). So if they take off their ring they're as good as dead. And Atrocitus here literally spews fiery blood,...literally.

Black Adam is the first shazam until he went rogue and became a Hero for the people of his home town Kandaq in egypt, he's from ancient times and basically becomes evil when his wife dies, there more to his origins. The Rock will play as him in the new Movie coming out next year! But I recommend watching to animated movie superman vs black adam
We hear DC has some of the best animated series. We will have to try and check that out. Hope it's on HBO Max. 😀

Dexx Star is the cat, he’s a normal earth cat who was rescued from the street by a person, then later on her home was broken into and she was murdered by thieves, Dexx was so distraught and angry that a red lantern power ring chose him. His hatred fueling the ring he hunted down and killed the robbers then took to the stars to find other lanterns.

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames There are also the Orange Lantern Corps, Blue Lantern Corps, Sinestro Corps (Yellow), The Indigo Tribe (Indigo obviously), The Star Sapphires (Pink), White Lantern Corps and the Black Lantern Corps. Each color is associated with an emotion of the emotional spectrum. For example, the Green Lanterns have the greatest willpower, the Orange Lanterns show greed, and so on.
Dr. Fate was in Smallville, if you guys remember that. You should give it a watch if you haven't, great show.

so the voice for him in injustice 2 is Steve Blum which I have no issue with. Problem is Steve is known to do like the sleazy thug voice (play the Arkham games and you will know what voice I’m talking about.) and he is kinda doing that but here for Hal. During development the voice actor strike happened and the voice for Hal was part of if and he refused to do voice roles for injustice 2 which lead netherrealm studios (and others short on voice actors.) to quickly get someone to fill in which Steve took.
The strike if i remember right involved that when a job is up for voice roles what happens is info about it is left out. So voice actors won’t know because of 1. To prevent possibly spoilers to be out on what kind of fans, characters and dialogue invoked but also 2. They can stimp them out of pay. For the 2nd because they don’t know if rhey are voicing for a known character or involve of a major game releasing that have large sales like example say cod or gta. So when voice actors learn how much their voice involved for the fans they wish for higher pay or equal to most of the others invovled. Many studios don’t wanna do this so that led to a big strike that happened in the voice actor industry which besides games also go into animation stuff like cartoons and animes.

Steve Blum is known for Spike Spiegel and Wolverine more than anything. But he's don't a ton of voices. He's been doing it since 92. Also he voiced Sub Zero and Zsasz in this game.

She is also in the movie Suicide Squad where you can watch on HBO Max, Enchantress serves as the main villain of the movie after attempting to corrupt the earth.
She is way cooler in this than she was in Suicide Squad. And we actually liked the first one for what it was. The villain was the biggest disappointment and of she was like this then it would’ve been better 😃

You guys should check out the Fire Emblem Warriors specials. Each character has three specific attacks depending on if you do the normal special, the super mode special, or pair up special. Two of them repeat twice, but that’s because they’re the only ones who’s gender is customizable. The one with all the dlc has a blue haired woman surrounded by water droplets in the thumbnail. The game itself is also very fun, doing a slightly different take on the Warriors formula

The bug helmet guy was Black Manta. The main villain of Aquaman who wants revenge on him for his father's murder when he was a kid.
He’s cooler in this. One of our least favorite villains from Aquaman movie. Him and Enchantress were done wrong by DC in our opinion 🤗 They are both so much cooler in this game from what we’ve seen 🤩

The name of the cat that's on Atrocious's shoulder is Dex-Starr. In Dc comics that cat has a tragic backstory & eventually his hate leads him to join Atrocious's Red Lantern Corp. Oh there's other Lantern Corps besides Green Lol. You have Green (Will), Red (Hate), Yellow (Fear), Blue (Hope), Orange (Greed), Indigo Tribe (Compassion), Violet (Love), Black (Death), White (Life) & Ultraviolet (Invisible Emotional Spectrum).
