If someone would only translate these set of videos to English, that would be awesome. But even for someone that does not speak Hindi, they are a very helpful and illustrative. Quick question now: is it normal for the decompressor to be a little worn? I recently opened my duke 390 and noticed that the black coating on the valve levers have some wearing, more noticeable on the decompressor side. Thanks for your vids, keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot Brother.... Will try to add subtitles in free time for sure... Coming to your question a little sign of wear and tear is absolutely Normal on these machines but take precautions if it's more than a little.

Hey bro thank you so much for that information. I am facing this issue from a very long time with my Dominar 400. When the bike is cold, the tappet sound is very minimal but as it heats up the noise increases. I have got my bike checked from 2 service centres in Indore (my city) at Bajaj but the results were horrible because of zero skilled mechanics over there and also not having the right size shim. Once they changed the shims and installed over size shim due to which i faced knocking issues and the other guy messed up with throttle body while dismantling the bike which again resulted in bike not revving above 4000 rpm then they again changed the shims but now they are not accurate and by sound i can tell only one shim is out of the range. And could you please help me with the valve clearance values of Dominar 400. I couldn't find them anywhere and neither the mechanics at Bajaj service centre knows them. I am guessing they are same as the ktm 390 engine. Also if you know from where can i buy the shims please let me know cuz i cant find them and service centres dont provide them in counter sale. Thank you so much once again
Would be nice to have a full english version. Lost me on the T mark for TDC and then moving it onto the line. Thought T was TGC an where all adjustments made?
translation: he said 4 stroke engines in a complete cycle have two time top but to check valve clearance we should check it in compression stroke tdc, the first one in the video was after exhaust stroke stoke second one which showed T was in compression stroke TDC
Great guide , one question- can the valve clearance issue be a reason of bike stalling suddenly and abruptly. At times it behaves very normal and at times it dies when I change gears, also throttle response is very bad during these tantrums.
