    Very nice, as a bike enthusiast i have seen many videos of engine rebuild but the way you show no one of Indian youtubers has shown earlier. You r really a true professional. The main thing i notice in your video is the bolt tightening torque which i did'nt know till i watch your both videos of Engine Rebuild : KTM Duke/RC 390. I think no one can explain better than you. Good luck for your upcoming videos and your future.

    being an engineer and bike enthusiast myself, I must say that you have done really amazing work. everything is done professionally, way better than any KTM workshop (at least in India). I got the first part of this video on my RUclips suggestion today and was a bit skeptical about how good would the video be. especially that it was done by an Indian RUclipsr. I was mainly wary about the quality of the work and also the presentation. but you totally nailed it. your work was as professional as it can get, and your presentation, the way you delivered the content was also great. now, this is some really flawless execution of work. kudos to you my friend.

      As per my understanding you need to change the Cylinder Piston Kit and Complete Head Assembly Timing Chain too, and I think we need to change Crankshaft too, because the stroke in 125 Crankshaft is less than of Duke 200. Apart from these you need to change the ECU too and maybe the Wiring Harness.

      Iske upar bhi jaldi hi video banata hu bhai.... Abhi ke liye aapko thoda batane ki kosis krta hu.... First reason hai ki yamaha ne isme compression ratio high rakha hai... Second reason iski tuning hai... Yamaha ne isko is hisaab se tune kiya hai ki ye performance achhi de... Or mileage bhi achha ho iske liye unhone isme VVA technology use kiya hai.. to 7000 RPM ke something tak to ye kam power or achha mileage deti hai or uske baad iski cam profile change ho jaati hai or ye performance achhi dene lag jaati hai... Hope aap samjh paaye honge

      @@martincooper7173 basically 250 & 390 engines r same, changing piston and cylinder head of 250 to 390 should b possible??
      Just asking. Bs6 engines..

    • @martincooper7173
      @martincooper7173 2 года назад

      @@bvkstha4944 nope ... It's way more complex than you think.. you have keep in mind gear ratios, circulation and water pump flows and more like this problems changing only piston is just like change muscular upper body with thin legs

    • @JeetBhaskar
      @JeetBhaskar  2 года назад

      @Bvk Stha Yes bro it’s possible by replacing the cylinder and the cylinder head (along with a few spares) to convert 250 into 390 as the bottom end is completely identical.
      But then you’ll have to change some more components to make it work (like ecu, few wiring changes etc.)

    Thanks for making awesome video. Watched both parts.
    Please name the tools you used at 18:50, that tube shown at 24:47 called, ring at 26:12 ,screw driver at 26:56,
    if possible give amazon links to buy the same, and lastly how to make sure one has applied correct torque how do you measure torque applied. Make a video explaining basics.

    That was quick. Again nice work. Details and explanation at it's best.
    One thing to ask, where is oil pressure sensor? How does ktm know engine oil is low?
    EDIT: mil gaya answer. 🙂✌️
