Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Though you speak in indian while doing it, I had great time watching your rebuild. Awesome content! I'll probably watch this ktm 390 engine rebuild over and over since I am addressing some concerns to my engine. Cheers!
being an engineer and bike enthusiast myself, I must say that you have done really amazing work. everything is done professionally, way better than any KTM workshop (at least in India). I got the first part of this video on my RUclips suggestion today and was a bit skeptical about how good would the video be. especially that it was done by an Indian RUclipsr. I was mainly wary about the quality of the work and also the presentation. but you totally nailed it. your work was as professional as it can get, and your presentation, the way you delivered the content was also great. now, this is some really flawless execution of work. kudos to you my friend.
Very nice, as a bike enthusiast i have seen many videos of engine rebuild but the way you show no one of Indian youtubers has shown earlier. You r really a true professional. The main thing i notice in your video is the bolt tightening torque which i did'nt know till i watch your both videos of Engine Rebuild : KTM Duke/RC 390. I think no one can explain better than you. Good luck for your upcoming videos and your future.
Wow bro you are amazing in automobile knowledge in my engineering college I've never seen this kind of understanding. And I also appreciate your desi understanding and real engineering jugaad. Lots of love from Mundra SEZ, Kutch, Gujarat. 😊👍👍🇮🇳🇮🇳 Keep going I'm mechanical engineer, Bike, Car, Truck, etc Mechanic and estate broker 🇮🇳🇮🇳
Quality content bro. I was looking for a content on how to check my mojos timing and came across your video and I must say your video should put all these so called oem workshops to shame. Keep them coming bro.cheers
Now I understood the things which I was trying to understand from.many months... Read many professional books but you made me understood practically...thanks a lot man
Great work bro.. did every work with neat finishing.. really appreciate your work.. working this much and making this long video is very big deal.. hope you'll get what u wish for.. and my wishes for your channel to grow more and more.. nice content and this much efforts really amazing
Bro I don't have words to remark your excellent work. Hats off to you and to your knowledge, but please do upload one more video of cranking this beast when you finish assembling the whole bike.
You are amazing Bro, First time in my life I came across such video and loved the way you explained each and every part of engine, Kudos to you and your patience. Great work, keep it up
Ateeq ur Rahman bro is it necessary to change all engine bearings when engine is opened ?? some Mechanic said it is really required ! should I change or use all the same.
I don't understand what he's saying but i understand what he's doing. Im a beginner mechanic and i did complete engine overhauls on pulsar 135 and ns 150 and some top overhaul on ns200 i wish someday a 390 engine will be in front of me .here in Philippines specially in some part ,most mechanic is lacking knowledge about bajaj and ktm engines and if you find one that has quality work you're lucky.
Bhai baahut maast description aur tremendous patience level aur baahut hi badiya dedication itna achi tarah se sab set bhi kia aur smjhaya bhi really kabhi movie bhi itna dhyaan se nahi dekha hoga!
very nice and detailed video brother I am unable to find these detailed videos about this type of stuff anywhere. your stuff is really helpful for the people who want to repair or rebuild there own bike and have the skill but lacks the knowledge. I don't know how similar is the engine with 200ns but if possible kindly do a series on that if possible. really appreciate your effort keep it up. Thanks for bringing such content .
Thats a perfect engine rebuild, i have a rc 390 and its reducing engine oil (its in warranty) So should i change the head as well with the cylinder kit!
Little tip to someone, when your installing that piston pin/wrist pin circlip, but some paper on top of crankshaft. That way there is smaller chance to drop it inside the lower part of engine.
Thanks brother... Some do it the wrong way but some are experienced enough that they don't feel using it. I personally feel one must use it at least while tightening a few important bolts of engine.
The most complete video on the assembly of the motor. Excellent! Thank you very much from Russia!

You are a true professional bro ....does everything perfect with every detail.
Ateeq ur Rahman bro is it necessary to change all engine bearings when engine is opened ?? some Mechanic said it is really required ! should I change or use all the same.
@@yousufmusthaneer9738 it depends upon the play in bearing , if there is play you should replace, if not it is ok.

So should i change the head as well with the cylinder kit!
Yup.. you should
At 1.35, you could have changed the phillip drive screws to Allen scews so that right torque can be applied. Albeit.. great work, keep it up.
If KTM hasn't changed them then why would i ? And thanks for watching
is this engine efficient as like the factory condition. ?
I think so
