Mine has the same issue... Either you replace the front master cylinder major kit or install a new front master cylinder from 2018/19 rc 390 and if you don't know how then stay tuned coz i will be doing it on this 390 too. And thanks for the appreciation brotherm :)
I'm experiencing the same front brake problem on my duke 390 even after replacing the repair kit and master cylinder. I think there is something to do with the abs system. Please research this soon.

Very informative and very useful video, the only thing I would like to suggest is to use a torque wrench(preferably digital) to loosen and tighten the bolts and note the readings somewhere, that way you could be sure all the parts are held together tightly as they should be. Cheers 👍🏼😊

@Jeet Bhaskar Bro I have a question, I m owning duke 200 2016 model, while riding I faced an issue only in 3rd gear when I am on 3rd gear, on meter it's not showing me the gear indicator, I went to ktm showroom they told me there is issue with gear sensor, they have replaced it but still it didn't got fixed, could you please advise how to get it fixed. Note: When the bike is in standing position that time it is showing 3rd gear indicator.

Hi Jeet, is the stator coil immersed in oil when it operates? Currently my coil is burnt out and when I opened the magneto case oil was dripping with oil like I had opened the drain bolt of the gearbox side. I want to know if this is normal or if there is a bad oil seal anywhere behing the magnetor that is causing the coil to burn out when the engine is operating. My stator coil is burning out for the second time in 2 years!

Hi Jeet I'm truly amazed how neatly you dismantle and assembled the engine .I watched the assembly first though ..Do you have any idea on Error codes or is there a manual for it I have been getting an Error code called JG_1.7.7 where the whole display console goes blank any idea on this pls help much appreciated the SVC guys say that if if comes and goes then it's alright but I don't buy that just their way of avoiding work
Thanks a lot brother.... The blank display code only comes when speedometer power wire gets disconnected for any reason. Chances are either the socket of ths speedometer has some water entry and carbon deposit inside it or the wiring harness has some stretched wire. Better get this stuff inspected and repaired if necessary. (Sometimes it's the meter itself... In that case you'll have to either replace the meter or repair it)

Configuration maybe same but almost every machine that sounds different has... Difference in - bore and stroke, tuning, valve diameter, weight of parts, material or coating on friction parts, engine oil viscosity, exhaust port angle, exhaust pipe angle, muffler design, airbox location, airbox design, air filter design, camshaft lobe degree and a few more things... A of these things make small small differences individually and a noticeable difference combined.

Keep your throttle fully closed while shifting second and it won't... But if it still knock loudly (a little bit is acceptable) then there's some problem.

Looks like there's air in the brake system... Make sure you get it bleed properly and use only Dot 4 brake fluid.
The fact that you can take this apart and put it back together again, with it working,

Bhai ns200 mein oil filter k bolt ka size kya hai my bolts get broken and IAM not able to understand it size even the Bajaj service center people give me large size bolt so could you tell me the size of it plz plz plz I can't take my bike to service station because if start it oil was leaking and nearest service station is 30 km far so plz tell me the size same one fit on ktm Duke 200 oil filter

Crankshaft position sensor... It will be inside the LH Cover near the Flywheel (Magnet)

Keep your throttle fully closed while shifting second and it won't... But if it still knock loudly (a little bit is acceptable) then there's some problem.
