I just want to know how and who to contact when a renegade medical worker goes on a phi disclosure rampage he lied to gain access to medical records by upgrading his Title by that I mean the Changing of Rn to Np than to Dr I have Documents that proves this I going to let this fool run out of steam then I going to slap a lawsuit for altered records practiceing medicine without a license conspiracy to cause a crime to be committed defamation slander invasion of privacy.
