But ma'am Malasana is never recommended for people who are suffering from knee pain..as there is full pressure on knees
I cant sit my butterfly pose coz i feeel pain on my knee what should i do
I am not an expert like her but I would say don't force yourself. Don't push yourself to do the pose right now , just do the other poses and slowly you will be able to do this as well.
