From Disney Live Action, director Jon Favreau's all-new “The Lion King” journeys to the African savanna where a future king is born. Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and takes to heart his own royal destiny. But not everyone in the kingdom celebrates the new cub's arrival. I'm a 31 year old man, was 7 in 1994 when the movie was first released. I openly wept in front of my wife and our 3 sons when I first saw the trailer and I've wept and laughed with everyone elses reactions that I've watched on RUclips. They SHOULD just release it, everyone would go. Done. I'm in. Day 1. Let's go.

the original Lion King was great...and it was one of the few disney films to have a great sequel; cause the second Lion King was awesome...don't care what anyone says: mummy and daddy...i just want to have a boyfriend from a bad neighbourhood and Simba is all like "no"
It's like reliving my childhood! It's amazing, the feeling it brings! I bet more adults will be at this movie than kids. This is all of us taking our children to see and experience what we went through. What a great way to pass on tradition :)
Dresden King I teared up in front of my husband watching this! I am also 31 and love how we are all adults now and this brings us right back to our childhood. This was by far my favorite Disney movie and I can’t wait to see this!

Disney is about to put us all in our feelings in 2019. “Hakuna Matata” “Can you feel the love” “Can’t wait to be King” and “Be Prepared” must be in this film. Bummed that Whoopi isn’t in the cast.

Be Prepared isn't in it, all because the animators are too lazy to recreate the scene without the Nazi marching hyenas. To be honest, I've cared less if the hyenas were walking like Nazi's, the world is too damn sensitive even for history, even a history that happened 77+ years ago. But accordingly , they're adding a song for Nala to sing as a replacement if what I read was true, so I'm kinda interested to see what her songs about. Which as a fan I'm hoping its her love for Simba or something that makes sense with the story, instead of something that's obviously more political then necessarily or something stupid , since they never once told how much they loved each other. Which wasn't needed to make a movie so amazing, but would've been heart warming.

Raven says, "Why am I hearing your voice and not James Earl Jones". But I understand. There were those pivotal moments in childhood that are often movies. Then, out of the blue, someone brings them back with the love it deserves. It's like a drink of water when you didn't even realize you were thirsty. When the Lion King hit theaters originally, I was an adult. I still remember being blown away just by the opening sequence. The song. The epic build up. As Joe stated nobody does it like Disney. No. Body.
This trailer made me so nostalgic! I remember seeing the animated version in the theater and after the MAGNIFICENT opening scene blacked out and the title card came up on screen, the whole room applauded. I must say this was the first movie that took my breath away! I just really hope that the live action version does it justice. Heck, now I'm gonna pop the animated version in my dvd player! :) Great vid guys!! ♥♥♥

Matteo Del Seta smh! God help me seriously. Did you notice the ‘Lol’ at the beginning? That was to give a response of the video. Our host here loved the film, as does the majority of those that have seen it. The lion king is a favourite to EVERYONE and so it is perhaps the ONE film that DOESN’T need a trailer. If we were all to see this and had NO trailers of any kind after and just lead to watching the movie .... fantastic! A classic in the making. So by me saying not to show anymore is a literally saying THEY DON’T HAVE TO SHOW ANYMORE!! They can take my money 💴.

The Cyber Nerds I've been searching for that trailer, SUPER FAST, because a friend of mine said that he saw it on TV. When I first watched it, I was like, "Oh my gawd! This is a must-see Disney film, I've got to go see it in theaters!" The Lion King is one of my Disney favorites.

I watched The Lion King twice in theaters I never done that before. I had the MacDonald's kid's meal that came with the Lion King toys. I had the trading cards, the VHS, I used to watch the Timon and Pumbaa cartoon on Disney channel and the "can you feel the love tonight" Elton John song made me a furry ... Okay maybe I should have left that last thing out.

I understand how you feel. I'm 42 years old and was 18 years old when this movie came out. I went to the movie theatre by myself, cause none of my friends would of cared to watch a movie like that and when the first 5 minutes of the movies started, which is similar to what this trailer was showing us, I sat in my seat and was in AWW and wonder watching this animated movie, and I remember being so moved by what I was experiencing and of course the movie was fantastic. I cant wait for this live-action experience.

The part that gets me is when James Earl Jones is talking about "one day, the sun will set on my time here". It's tough because as mufasa he dies on that scene AND James is super old so maybe soon he'll pass as well.
