Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This RUclips channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.
If you enjoy the channel make sure you hit subscribe and also tap the notification bell so that you are always notified when I release a new video.

I play at a small, rural course in Northern Idaho, and if you get there early enough, you can break at the turn. Instead of a sausage roll, I do a Polish sausage hotdog that is really large... probably an 8.5 out of 10.

It just shows that for anyone who plays this sport at any level, things don't always work out in your favour and there's nothing you can do about it. Golf is hard and we love it for that reason. Fantastic content as usual.

I honestly felt that The Grove golf course is magical. The condition of the fairways, greens and tee box were second to none. The attention to detail was just exquisite. Really grateful to have been shown this course and would recommend that anyone (given the opportunity) to play it. Cheers guys for always delivering quality content.

Because it's part of the game. If you're gonna do that, you may as well just drop one in the fairway if you get it in the rough or take 2 shots off the tee and dont count the first one.
You either play by the rules or you dont. Okay, i understand divots are man-made, but it's part of the challenge if your not playing by the rules, then you're not playing properly and you may as well literally just do whatever you want

Hey Rick. That was so close... I have been watching your Break 75 series since the very beginning. This has probably been said before, but I am going to say it again: STOP HITTING DRAWS WITH YOUR SHORT IRONS!!! It seems that on every episode, you lose 3 to 5 strokes because you either hooked your 8,9 or pitching wedge left of the green, or aim right and the ball stays straight and you miss right. There is no way such a good player as you are should miss the green from 160 yards in. Been playing for over 35 years, often with pros, and attended tour events: the majority of these guys only shape the ball from that distance when they don't have a choice. I am convinced that if you start to hit your short iron straight, your show will soon be renamed BREAK 72. Cheers, and good luck!

Guy has become so integral to these vids now. I really like how he takes the lead sometimes with the narrative. Feels a more natural thing than it just all being ricks shots. Love seeing you share tips and supporting each other!

Great round of golf for both of you guys. It was super entertaining and while there were a number of disappointing putts (for you guys….not viewers), we all know how difficult it is to get all facets of the game going simultaneously. If you’re putting lights out it’s typically on the heels of some horrible drives or chips. One thing is obvious though, if Guy ever gets all parts of the game going he will be a scary good player. He was playing well above his head on this video……never have I seen him this good. Thanks for another awesome video gentlemen.

1:01:50 honestly that’s the most polite Range Rover driver I’ve ever seen, waiting to cross till the putt’s on its way. Class🙏🏻

Played there yesterday!! Absolutely wonderful. But the rough was completely different from when you played. It was 4 foot high! Ball gone!! Different seasons, different course. It was hard!!! Service and venue were amazing! I will definitely play there again!
