Curious what your yearly ROI is after taxes, with a property manager i figure they eat up your profit margin? If cashflow is low, are you figuring making your main profit on appreciation if you sell?

Where would you think given I’ve already lived in London and Dubai? SA is actually not considered third world, but actually ‘third world’ countries are the most popular for digital nomads so not really uncommon

Im uk based but very into and engaged with SA. Sent you an email if youd like me to break things down for you...equally you could go into an F&B branch as youre physically in SA. Im on standby

So housing is not necessarily zero because you have rates(taxes), levies because it’s in a gated area 😊
Rent/mortgages usually falls other housing, council tax/levies/water bills etc are usually considered to be utilities which I mentioned
