I love SA, I am glad I studied in there, had an amazing time in Limpopo, Before relocating to CA, I will definitely buy a condo in Pretoria or Polokwane...Such a calm place...Big Shoutout from a Nigerian, University of Venda Alumni...🇿🇦❤️💪🏿
I'm glad you made this video, it reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, honest wife, $75k biweekly and a good daughter full of love❤️
Your message is wonderful and truly inspiring! It's incredible to hear your story and see how persistence and effort can transform our lives. Thank you for sharing your journey; it's a huge inspiration for those seeking positive change!
Hello 👋 How are you earning such weekly? I was born a Christian, and sometimes I feel down on myself because of low finances, but I still believe in God.
The Europeans are buying all of Cape town. That is called gentrification. The pound and dollar stretch further than the rand. That is why South Africans like to encourage black Americans to come to the continent and invest in property.
Hiya Mide & Nathan! Great interview and show. I'm a black brit who's been living back and forth in Cape Town since 2018. It's actually quite true most black people from the US & UK much prefer Joburg after visiting Cape Town. Believe it or not, I've never met a black brit in Cape Town since living here, however there are a few African Americans I know, a handful so to speak. For me, I'd never choose to live in Joburg which by the way is also a beautiful sprawling city. The clincher for me in Cape Town to be honest, is that it does make me feel like living in England, but in a sunnier and most desirable climate, with nature and everything you could possibly ever want. I even get my steak & kidney pie and fish & chips haha! Woolworths is better than M&S too! My Virgin active is banging and nightlife is awesomeness too. Also, I just love the human diversity, but mostly nature, mountains, beaches, vineyards, Cape Architecture, historical towns etc. I've lived in San Francisco, LA, Barcelona all extensively, working in tech and investment banking and Cape Town is simply the most beautiful city with everything in the world. I realise black people who come to Cape Town are shocked how European it is, and indeed it still baffles me I've never had a black or coloured neighbour in Newlands, but rest assure everyone is mostly super super friendly. I guess home is wherever your heart is and wherever you feel most comfortable. Proud of you Lamide & Nathan! Cheers mi lovers hehe 😜 Morpheus thinks 🌿differently
Last year, I was working full time, budgeting groceries, unable to afford date nights, and missing time with my kids. Now I learned how to make money online. Now am a SAHM, homeschooling, and making profits every week.
Am looking for something to venture into on a short term basis, I really need to create an alternate source of income, what do you think I should be buying?
I recently lost my job at the age of 45. In addition to having access to Tricare and VA healthcare, I also receive a 9K military pension. I'm thinking of selling or renting my house and moving overseas with my cash, assets, and 401(k). What are some good passive income opportunities?
I'm not sure whether I should merge all of my investing accounts into one. If so, what should I know and how should I respond to this? In addition, I intend to sell my property, which might potentially fetch an additional $200,000. Is it better to put everything in one account or spread it out among several investments?
These are important questions for a financial planner. I met mine at a summit, and with her assistance, my wife and I reallocate our $1.7 million assets between a regular IRA and a brokerage account. She has been handling the investment with our agreement and has helped us recover twice as much as we lost. Currently holding steady and gently navigating the market.
On the issue of power, please look for a Bluetti EP 500 pro, if you can buy two, for parallel connection, you won't have issues with power ever trust me on this one
I want to know how much(in ponds or dollars) do you recommend that I should save in order to strike an equivalent lifestyle can you say 5million US dollars is a minimum?
Please guys don't discredit Cape town because Black British and black American,, some of you likes Cape town over JHB , they will come to you about that 😂😂😂

Thanks to Mrs. Elizabeth Regina Nelsen's time in my life, which had a profound impact on me.
Sounds familiar. I have heard her name on several occasions and read about her success stories in The Wall Street Journal!
Who's Elizabeth Regina Nelsen!?looking forward to this opportunity Can I also sign up from Ontario Canada?
Great interview guys, it was actually refreshing seeing the both of you guys together and just chopping it up. It was long overdue.
We love you brother
It works when you are living on the pound in South Africa. Currency priveledge goes a long way
Cape town's lack of transformation is seen by so many people and im actually happy that it is exposed.

Great interview. Very relatable!
Highly agree!

Cryptocurrency/stock investment, but you will need a professional guide on that.

It makes sense to consider a financial advisor at this stage, but delaying retirement might be a smarter choice

That’s impressive! My portfolio has been struggling. Who is your advisor?
June Renae Matthysse. Look her up online, she's well-known.

There is nothing called load reduction in SA, they were probably fixing something, water they are currently doing alot of upgrades in Gauteng
I'm quite suprised by the Load reduction in a high end part of JHB & with close to 50k rent, estate should at least offer back up power by now...
I love your home❤ beautifully
