Fuck Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB! They are not what they used to be. They are sneaking absolute dogshit Micron F-die in the same exact model number as the amazing B-Die kits. I’ve overclocked a lot of ram and when I got those Dominators I was shocked just how bad they were. You cannot go over XMP. The most I was able to do was lower the timings from C16 to C15 with all the other timings only dropped by 1. That is absolutely fucking pathetic especially when you consider the B-die in the same exact model (you know, the performance you expect for paying top dollar) can be overclocked from 3600 c16 to 4000c12…..but they sneak in that bullshit that can barely even do 3600 c15. Would not up frequency at all without raising timings significantly. It’s shady fucking bullshit. Should have just gotten GSkill. Corsair used to be amazing with their ram but now they are considered best they know they can slack cause people will still buy it up hearing it’s the best and save money by sneaking junk pushed to the limit in there. Yeah of course, different dies and binning of all dies vary a lot but that is a DRASTIC difference. Getting $150 ram perf for $350. I’m not the only one either, anyone else that you see in reviews that got non-Bdie kits will seen they are just unclockable. My god is that fucking frustrating and everyone still praises it cause they only hear about the b-die.

Do Not buy RAM with More than 3600mhz, the PC will have Proplems with than because the CPU Controller won‘t handle that!!

@@skkl8045 Ddr4 3200mhz ddr5 5600, so you can Go up to 3600mhz it 6000mhz, but it is overclocking and it don‘t have to Work, but I don‘t have much Knowledge how it is with Intel.
Dude I have ryzen 5 5500 and I was able to get the trident z neo 4000mhz with 2000 fclk to work fine you just have to make sure you running a high end aorus 500 series board a520 or more or a asus 500 series tuf or more not sure with other manufacturers. But i know on B450 series it won't clock that high.
@@sollerhollersoulblade6126 Yeah, of course there are some CPU which can handle that. But average more than 3600mhz RAM isn’t good, also because of your CPU Controller.
What are your Latencys with 4000mhz?
@@L-i-o-n Temps around 40 to 45 degree C in Idle around 65 to 75 C when gaming latency is around 2 to 4 ns so not bad also suggestion get yourself a decent cpu cooler will keep the controller from acting out in my case I have a deepcool AK400 Digital which is brilliant and put a intake and out take fan on it. And make sure your case has enough airflow. Your motherboard just needs decent vrm heatsinks and vrm and to be able to handle memory at high speeds 👍

@@Charduza i looked it up and apparently the lights excite the rams timings by an extra 20-40% depending on the brand (and an extra 5% on top of that if it goes red because red is the fastest color)

Is KINGSTON Fury Beast better than KINGSTON Fury Renegade ? I keep hearing about beast but nothing about Renegade. Is renegade worse? I bought a KINGSTON Fury Renegade 2x32gb rgb, 3600 16CL (16-20-20), which would go with a ryzen 7 5800x / RX 6800xt / Aorus B550 Elite v2 Motherboard. Would the rams be ok for this or should I go with the Trident Z Neo?
KINGSTON Fury Renegade is really good for its price.

In my opinion I take vengeance over "fury" every time, though arguably domination may be even better.
But it's just a brand name. Yes sure, think that way and an insult surely is only a word and logic too and justice too and sth good in comparison to "losing your soul when being mad in fury" - all of this "just words".

In fury you take 50% more damage, even if you also attack 33% faster, use a different skill.
It is the worst ram there is, any fury ram ddr3, 4 or 5.
@@RomanHold Yah, ended up buying G.Skill Trident Z Neo. My previous PC build was I think 10 years ago so I had no clue what to buy. Ordered, then immediately canceled about 20-30 orders of components because each time I realized they sucked after watching reviews (2 weeks worth). I'm pretty sure 2 stores hate me :))

@@Mohamed_Loay not sure what it means but CL14 is better than CL16 and CL18.... So try to find 3600Mhz CL14 ram. And if you go woth 32gb, you would be better off with 4 sticks of 8GB ram over 2 sticks of 16Gb ram
