I have a 2018 GMC Sierra and those headlights are well over a grand each. I had PPF installed over them when I had the front end of my truck covered in PPF. Keeps the lights from yellowing.

PPF on headlights is one of the best investments in my opinion, for how hazy modern plastic headlights can get now.

What's up man. That came out really good. I too prefer using compound as well. Silicone beads clean so well. It does require a few passes by hand but at least you can feel the surface layer.

Hey Thizz! Yes I just kept doing passes till I was happy. On the Ronda Rousey Accord we probably did 20 to 30 passes before the PPF was applied.

Why not try Lasfit - LC plus or LCair, those are nice reliable led bulbs with active cooling fan?
Both solve the problem for compact size. LC plus is 25W 2500 lumens per bulb $50 a pair, and LCair is 35W 3500 lumens per bulb $53?
It’s affordable but it performs extremely well. I personally prefer LC plus because of that 360 adjustable collar.
It be much brighter than that braided passive cooling heatsink fins.
Because cooling fan will cool a lot more led.
Why would u want to stay away from cooling fan?
U might think it’s because it’s another failure point. But nowadays, led bulb with cooling fan are much more reliable and more efficient. And we prefer a led bulb with a cooling fan. We have no issues for that.
However Lasfit also offers L1 plus fanless led bulb for $40 a pair, 20W per bulb, 2000 lumens per bulb, and a better 2 year warranty.
    It’s still a nice option.
A 5 year warranty is what u want, than go for sylvania - SL.BX2 led bulbs. It has a large yet still compact cooling fan, it’s only 13W per bulb making 1300 lumens. But with 5 year warranty, they will work better with reflector headlights rather then projector headlights.

We use this brand in law enforcement vehicles with no issues and they see a lot of abuse. We don't like moving parts, we prefer heat sink designs.

IMHO. PlastiX is a good product for light hazy lights like the one you showed. On heavy oxidation Headlights, I would recommend the 3 step sandpaper procedure with a finishing Headlight clear epoxy.
I personally used the Cerakote product and gotten very good results. A lot of the results depend on how well you prepare the Headlights and what conditions the plastic is. Normally a 10 year old shaded headlight will turn out better than a 20 year old sun beating Headlights. Common sense prevails.
