I remember listening to karuna recited by Prof Madhusoodanan Nair in the nineties. That was of a different tune, he presented it like a song with music and nuanced rendition, which was very enjoyable and took us to a different world. Unfortunately I lost the cassette and it is now not available anywhere. This one by you is also very sweet , though of a different style and tune. I am at a loss for words to thank you for this labour of love. Lastly, putting the very poem on screen along with the sound track makes it easy to catch all the words without confusion.

I heard Karuna of Great poet Kumaran Asan .
I am not qualified enough to comment on the lirics of Karuna .
But I must say that Asan is most powerful poet to present matters simply enough , to canvey the essence of subject to heart directly.
Nothing extra is found needed .The words pierce in to inner heart of the reader . Salutes 1000 times with deep respect .
Also to singer ， you are great with deep knowledge in subject , sweet and melodious voice . A learned person with melodious voice & high dedication is very rare. You are an accet to the language .Thank you
