Some clubs ask for ID and cover during the pat down. And that's most likely inside the first threshold. Generally because it's usually more cameras and witnesses. It protects the security more when they have to buz in as well

I don't believe that anyone ever receives any reward money, no matter how much the information provided helps. The only exception may be if the family is offering the reward. But that's just my feeling on the subject. Despite that, surely there are people out there in Philly, who know exactly who one or both of these guys are. Though I cannot see anything in the footage that involves the second guy in the shooting. Either way, it would be very easy to give their identities anonymously, and likely, the young lady's too, if people care enough.
