I love your smile Ft and calm way of speaking. You broke down the cost of each stage so well. Both of my daughters are building in Negril, Jamaica - country of my birth. They built in stages similar to your explanation and suggestion. Well presented 😊
Joel, thank you for this genuine and informative insight. It's very hard to get raw information step by step by someone you went through it and willing to share with others. You are blessed 🙌🏾 😇 🙏🏽 ❤
Jael, I love how you are calm about the " swampy land deal" you ended up with. It has taxed you for sure...but I have no doubts you would still turn it into gold. I wouldn't be surprised if you ended up with fish farming, ducks, turtles and beautiful water plants right there on your farm
@@jaelofthevillage yes indeed i have been doing my research i have two grown kids and two younger ones so i am always trying to see what they want to do but my heart is set on kenya or my country Jamaica ❤🌏🙏
Building a house can be very expensive. Some places are more expensive than others too. In the country I live in, depending on the size of the house, it can cost you almost a million dollars or more.

I am a tribeless Kenyan from the Luo community. Sorry, this tribe thing has caused a lot of pain in this country. I just don't like to be identified by my tribe. I hope you understand.

My question is about the issue of building a 4 bedrooms house but a 2 story with roofdeck, what is the cost difference from the one without the roofdeck, will appreciate your help sister.
the problem is that we are watching your stuffs subscribing bt wen we ask maybe for a plan from some of your houses you are casing we get nothing ,,,wen you show us good building give us developers too
Hi Jerry. Plans are bought and they don't come cheap. When designing your house, there's something called a "wish list" Everyone has something special they want in their dream house. So just get an architect to draw a plan according to your wishes. I don't mind linking you up with the contractors who did the job
