So maybe you can help - I think I may need to drop Darkroom iPad. When printing I’m getting like 3/8” - 1/2” white border. I’m using RX1HS printer. I even downloaded Pretopia software therefore it prints wirelessly. I’m thinking on trying Luma and hope my prints come out perfect and fully fill the 4x6

After guest selects either print or QR code option, does it allow them to select another option after the first option was selected?
For example, guest selects print and the picture gets printed out. Would the delivery option screen stays on screen or does it take off after one of the photo delivery options has been selected?

How do you make it quicker between photos like from one guest to the next … seems like it takes 20 secs to reload to tap screen again after they put cell in. I’ve shortened the time to 1 sec but not working.

I constantly have issues with Lumabooth’s Fotoshare gallery and my event photos uploading to Fotoshare. They sometimes never upload leaving my consumers with no gallery to go back to. Have you experienced that?

Is it crazy to feel like an all digital system would be smoother as the booth owner? There's be no printer prep or printer issues. All just direct emailed photos. I'm curious if you think that would be dumb?

I've done my first few events using luma booth on a cellular 9th gen ipad 10.2 with 64 gigs. On every event, maybe 2 or 3 times, I get people coming up to me saying the ipad has frozen on a white screen with a red circle trying to load the pics so the clients can send to phone. Now, I don't know if anyone has had this issue before or if its the software or even the ipad. This issue happens using both wifi and cellular. I have noticed that the more people use it the more it happens. Any ideas? thx
I just opened lumabooth the other day. It froze when taking the pictures and the virtual assistant stopped talking immediately. It seems janky.
Not sure if its lumabooth or the ipad 9 not being strong enough to run lumabooth consistently without any hiccups @@CREAOOfficial

Hi! I downloaded this Lumabooth App just to try it first. The only problem is that it’s not a full screen when taking the photos. I wonder when is lumasoft going to fix this issue 🤔
Go to print lay out and make sure you are selecting the photos in the correct mode (portrait or landscape). Let me know if this helps!
@@hustlewithdrew Hi Drew! It didn’t made a difference. The print layout is for the actual photo if your choosing to print it out. I am looking to see if there is way to make the photo screen to a portrait mode . Thank you though
@@donnalynnnagel4422 I think you may be confused on what I mean. In the print layout section, you can change if the photo is landscape or portrait. If you have it set to landscape but have your iPad in a verticals position, you will run into that problem

When trying to select a downloaded background image from the luma booth for my welcome screen, when hitting select to change the background it doesn't show my photos.I only get option to slect from "icloud drive" and "On my ipad" but both are empty. I gave access to lumabooth for my photos but same issue.
Have you tried to save the file to your iPad? Not saving it on the files
@@hustlewithdrew I'm using the ipad. I long press on an online image and I get the following options. "Search inside image", "Save to photos", "Copy", and "Find Image Source". I select the save to photos but luma can't find it for some reason
Never mind. My daughter figured out a way to do it. Coming from android its a bit harder to do on ipads. Thx though!
Do you need separate subscriptions of Lumabooth if you're using two different photobooths/iPads.
