What a beautiful journey- and I can't even imagine the trauma of living through an earthquake and tsunami. Your film is so inspiring and your story-telling is compelling. I can't imagine how hard it was for Rianna to leave trail, but I'm glad she decided to err on the side of not risking more damage.

Thank you! I have ultralight gear but I am not a minimalist 😄 I don’t want to be miserable when I am at camp! I think with 7 days of food, the bear canister and the micro spikes, my bag was around 20kg. But on average I guess it was around 12kg. I updated the link in the description to lighterpack.com where you can see everything I carried and the total weight!
