Nice! Next you should swap all the buckles to link setups. The stock MST calls for some toe out that you can achieve with adjustable front end and track width
Thanks for doing this series. I'm about to pickup this MST RTR, so I'm following along with interest. I'm not new to RC, but drifting will be a whole new thing for me.
Looking to get started with a couple of cars for my son and I this winter... thinking a Yokomo RD2.0 and maybe the AE , maybe an MST kit. I have some motors we can use, a 10.5 and a 13.5 , so looking at these speedos for a budget way to get us going, the 10BL120 works great for racing, G2 should be a good enough start to see if we really like drifting. Would probably go with the Yokomo v4 gyros and $80 yokomo drift servos. These would work in a swept parking lot, basketball/tennis court, etc right? We dont have a drift track at any shops near us. Cheers and thanks for the video
@@isaiahfurrow7414 I’m a fan of the mst rmx 2.5 rtr but I’m biased it’s has performed well for me the reefs gyro and lp299 has also been sweet for me if u haven’t seen it yet I have a playlist on the channel but since u have motors already and if you dont mind building maybe a kit like the yokomo rd 2.0 kit is also a solid choice and a great budget option I drift mine in my garage on the stock tires and it does fine you will shred the tires in no time on asphalt but u will have fun let me know what u decided to buy when u Jump in👊🏻
Just got mine and I found annoying to cut the spoiler and other things, can’t believe they just make the parts and I could have build them, I guess a good way to save money.
@@williambrookfield3421 I appreciate you stopping by but no need to post the same question over and over in the comments I can’t answer every question… you can charge the battery just how you charge any other lipo thanks for understanding
