    Bow down you Venerable,🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️
    I have a reflection,on my formal practice.
    I am doing sitting meditation almost everyday. I have been increasing gradually my meditation time around 35- 45 minutes. So far I start meditation keeping cross legs but during that time I change my posture only once by streching my legs.
    Today when I exhale as usual I felt all air goes out and at the end heart started to sob briging little tears to my eye.
    The same thing happened when walking mindfully, observing my foot movements.
    Gratitude dear Venerable🙏🙏🙏

    always use little elevation to sit on while sitting in lotus posture. Keeps lower back straight, lung capacity full, spine patent, core muscles and pelvic floor muscles relaxed easily.
