    I feel, it's difficult to get motivated if you don't progress in your training. I know, progress only comes with training but..., you get my drift, right. Thanks for your videos.

    Instead of TKD workouts 3 times a week, I’m working in a straight cardio workout and sculpting sessions. I can feel the difference already after two weeks. Still doing your workouts Samy. Thanks for posting and not giving up. Cheers and kicks.

    Thank you for the helpful video I have been trying to stay on a constant work out routine but health issues!!!!! I have been working on your Nunchucks courses I really enjoy it I thought it would be a lot difficult just taking my time with everything and having fun I want to get back to working with my Nunchucks again but my health and other negative issues keep getting in the way!!!!!

    I haven’t done any training since my TKD studio closed a couple months ago. I have some equipment but haven’t got organised or motivated yet. I also work from home so that’s an issue too. It’s definitely difficult.
