The 224 went missing I sold the 300L. We pretty much only used the 224 for vocal plate (Post audio tv)

this is amazing thing. sometimes i wonder whether or not is worth just making reproduction to learn how it works and have a way to preserve the equipment for future generations. (since given the old design, all those discrete components.
but on researching i am most curious how if people think the plugins dont match the real device. when ostensibly this reverb is supposed to be mostly in the digitial hardware dsp / digital domain. then what gives, if it's the perception. or actually the hardware is doing something else a bit more magical. for example in the da/ad or whatever remaining analog part of it... it all comes back to the point of having in hardware for limitations of the respective plugin... and the cost to make a faithful modern reproduction from an original unit (and to be compatible 100%). what an interesting type of challenge that would be eh?
anyhow such fun to see the original hardware in action. and i don't normally place such value but it was just so impressive that device. really a joy to see it in action. many thanks. shall have to put it on my list to try out as plugin if nothing else
