That is a very wise teaching..I am frequently harassed by panic and fear of an unknown future. God wants me to lean on him and cry out to him and allow him to control my future.

Psalms 23♥️ is one of the Bible chapters that I'd memorised when I was a kid.. And whenever anxiety strikes, Psalms 91 is my go to prayer.

I love & deeply depend on that verse during my worst Sickle Cell crisis. When the pain is so bad I can't move & the only relief comes from God & sleep. I use this verse as a mantra repeating it over & over until I can feel God's calming presence allowing me to sleep.
I'm rather disappointed that you all left one of the best parts out of the verse.
Yea though I walk through the valley of death I will fear no evil, for Thou are with me.
It's weird as being trapped in a cave seems like a literal example of the valley of death.
