How To Beat a London Tube Strike! (1962). We see the closed gates of Victoria tube station, it is the morning of the 1962 tube strike. Alternative ways of travel are explored, including a roller-skating businessman and a man who ferries girls to work in the boot of his car.
Cars are allowed to park anywhere whilst the strike is ongoing, and we see lots of cars parked up against famous landmarks, on exclusive streets and also in the Horseguards Parade.
