John Paxson was so underrated. He was the reason double-teaming Michael Jordan was a bad idea. He can hit the outside shot, knows his role, and doesn't turn the ball over.

That why I think it’s so disrespectful when these young nba fans talk about the older teams like the bulls and act as if today’s guys are worlds ahead of them. Draymond saying they would beat the 98 team by 40. I Think today’s league is a little less talented, since the league diminished the defenses ability to defend.

Multiple choice for me....Horry in 94 finals, Armstrong in 93 conference finals, I'd say Reggie except for the fact that he literally sprayed the Knicks down with multiple 3s and the real difference maker in the rivalry that favored the Pacers was Oakley & Mason getting overpowered by Antonio & Dale Davis. That led to the rest of the Pacer front court washing the Knicks all day.

    Difference between Jordan and Lebron.
Jordan knew his job and did it well, and when it was time for his teammates to step up to make big plays/shots they did because they knew they had to be ready because that moment was going to come eventually.
Lebron forces his teammates to stand around and wait for him to drive and kick so he can inflate his assists, then when it’s crunch nobody knows what to do, including Lebron.
Down one in the greatest finals game Lebron will ever have with Curry switched on him and what does he do?Let George Hill decide the game at the line.
It’s not the “right basketball play” it was Lebron being scared on the biggest stage which is what happens more often then not.

Come on casual lol Lebron made the right play George Hill makes the two free throws and it’s over. Just like Lebron made the right basketball play in game 3 2017 to Kyle Korver and he just missed. You casuals get so caught up in narratives that have no bearing on the players

Quite sensible. Paxson scoring 10 of the last 12 points in the 4th quarter of a finals clincher had nothing to do with a role player coming through, it was just Jordan being a great teammate. The Paxson winner in 93? That was all Jordan too (even though Pippen made the right read to kick it out before the ball reversal). The Kerr shot in 97? That was all Michael. Pippen's series-clinching steal? You guessed it, Michael did that. But when the occasion arises that a teammate of LeBron makes a shot (like, A shot) at any big moment in any big game, that's just his teammates doing everything for him. Got it, perfect logic.

Or, better yet, when a teammate does something offensively late in a game, that meant LeBron was "scared" now. Whatever helps you guys hold onto the early 90's man, whatever.

You'll never see this in today's game, death by long twos. Today's analytics folks would complain about inefficiency, and not allow coaches to draw up plays like that or players to run to open spots a step and a half inside the arc.

I'll never forget watching this Live. Then all the fireworks, people cheering, car horns beeping, gunshots into the air. It was insane but then the looters came and started breaking into all the stores and looting. They even starting breaking into parked Cars and even people's homes with the owners home. Only reason it didn't happen on my block is because we united and protected our neighbors. We were out with rifles, shotguns and pistols and the cops didn't even mess with us. Happened during all the championship wins but the stores were more prepared with steel gates and rolling shutters.

For sure the dagger but they were up when he hit it and there was 55 seconds left still after it. MJ blocks Magic's last shot & Pippen should've passed it ahead to MJ for the finisher dunk Pippen robbed us of another MJ highlight. Even if he faked the dunk and hugged the ball it would've been a beautiful finish & poetic that would choose not to score
