So? He was made in newgrounds and he also was really popular there and the creator of fnf did not have alot character ideas so he just stole some popular characters of newgrounds.
The fact that Pico went from a semi-popular Newgrounds character under the extremely popular Madness Combat, to a character who is almost instantly recognizable to anyone just because of a crossover with FNF is *insane.* Don’t get me wrong, Pico was fairly popular as well, and Madness Combat is still arguably well known overall since it was always everywhere from the start, but Pico literally went from getting a few hundred thousand views for some things every once in awhile, to over ten million for something much newer that has come out. It’s genuinely kinda crazy.
