I already want Season 2. I would've never thought of this
Frankly, I would have preferred that MJ always knew that Peter was Spider-Man, as happened in the comics, plus the water clone mentions that she had memory problems.
Actually that would be Dr Moreau who created Human/Animal hybrids from the Island of Dr Moreau and what about Miles Warren as he was behind the return of Hydroman episode.
I love it, a perfect finale to the 1990’s Spider-Man.

The goblin’s more of a split personality in the 90s series. Him rebuilding the time dilation accelerator and helping Peter and Mj can work but it’s Osborn who thinks he’s free after he ended up in the London dimension at some point as the last time we saw him in the series he was still in limbo. But then the goblin takes back control and betrays Peter and MJ and then we get the reveal he was pretending to be gone just to pop out at the right moment to leave Peter kind of like how he faked being gone from Norman in nwh.
This was kinda cool. I was a big fan of your Spectacular Spider-Man pitch. Looking forward to your pitch for season 2 of SM:TAS.

I'm sorry but I can't say I'm a fan, one of the things that got me excited about a Spider-Man 98 revival was Eddie Brock having been revealed to somehow made it back and working with Peter at the Daily Bugle in a blink and you'll miss cameo from X-Men 97. (solidifying Venom's heel-face turn like in the comics) So seeing him and Cletus completely forgotten about was a major disappointment. I also thought that the reuse of Dr. Connors was a missed opportunity, since you could've used the similar Stegron the Dinosaur Man instead.

You're thinking of the Peter and MJ scene from episode 10, I'm talking about the newspaper from Episode 1, Eddie's and Peter's name can be seen as the ones responsible for covering the Hellfire Gala, which is to the right of the is Spider-Man a mutant? header. (Emergency Awesome even did a video covering it)
@@TheSwordsman100 Thanks. I forgot about that. Eddie originally wore a purple jacket in Season 1 of Spidey TAS before switching over to a sleeveless in Season 3 so I thought Flash was overlooked since his appearance confirmed he will return in Spidey 98 as well.Otherwise why include him specifically?
Plus I just considered that scene an Easter Egg to the crossover on TAS originally.

you know in my version of what Spider-Man 98 would be like it would be like in the beginning madam Web does take Spider-Man where he needs to find Mary Jane and he does and that first episode is him explaining to her about everything that happened while she was gone and after processing through all that for her, it just makes her realize even tho she’s been lost and felt like the other was taking care of her life and got married to Peter but also Spider-Man she’s willing To understand his explanation and accept His love he has for her and asked him Can we go home.
Before they’re about to leave Madame web gives him a futuristic riddle of the upcoming future; the torch maybe strong can’t always shed the light for long, there will be a time to pass the flame Then it will be time for rest but you will know When.
That was the madam big riddle she tells him after the two of them leave because for now he wonders what that means. I can tell you this the last part of riddle Is actually a rhyme of a certain young character might actually soon be the new spider.

@suryasingh9738 well i heard it was because when the show was first coming out he was contractually unable to be in the show because he was going to be the villan In a canceled spiderman movie in the 90s but when that got canceled the creator of the show decided to not use him sense he had basically the same powers of hydro man
@@Jahski27 So? Spectacular Spider-man got away with having them both (I think we were gonna get Hydroman in the 3rd season of that show).
Besides getting Goblin back, introducing Sandman and using Electro more in 98 would be cool to make up for them being underused in the 90s.

There’s definitely an over saturation of venom/carnage in modern Spider-Man media. Most of these versions suck(Sony movies, insomniac, etc) But was hoping you’d weave in the animated series versions as they are the definitive and best versions.

Wait a minute...did you forget that Mysterio is dead? And that the Kingpin was finally arrested at the end of Six Forgotten Warriors? And the Defenders were already mentioned in the first episode and were the original group, not from the MCU that are really Marvel Knights.
Mysterio was originally meant to show up in Season 6, so I used him here, plus people never "die" in this show. Peter had been away for a while, Kingpin got out and yep! They just assembled in this issue, just without Iron Fist because i hadn't introduced him.

We definitely won't see Spider-man 98 anytime soon because of the new Spider-man animated series coming out. But I guess we have to wait and see if your friendly neighborhood Spider-man animated series is just as bad as marvel Spider-man animated series. People hated that show kids liked it of course. It got canceled after 3 seasons so let's see how the new Spider-man animated series turns out.
It doesn’t look like it from what we know, but people are still gonna want this show over the other one still
