Must be so bizzare for Oda to stand there in the middle of his own creation he made 20 years ago unsure if it will last even a few years and here we are 20 years later a global phenomenon. As always thank you for the great breakdown and congrants on soon to be 10k subs!
From what i can tell without seeing his face, Oda looks healthy! He's not overweight or very thin, which is impressive considering how much of his day he spends sitting still drawing. Happy for him!
As always, great video. And to answer your question about Chopper on the dining room set, no. I don't think the production team would let his design leak that easily. That's definitely just a decorative item.
10:46 another hint that this is for Lil Garden is that Nami's outfit for this color spread would make It easier for Nami to get biten, no need to make her clothes burn 😅
i can only imagine the feeling of actually seeing something you created coming to life. i would cry happy tears. i feel so happy for Oda-sensei. must be so awesome to actually be on the Going Merry. 😊
just for your information mr 3's hairstyle is actually a real traditional hairstyle, the Japanese often had top knot styled hairstyles and the function was to shield the scalp from the harsh metal interior of their helmets, there are about a dozen popular top knot styles that prove this function and one of them involves not just having one knot of hair between the scalp and helmet but two knots tied off in a way that creates a shame that looks like a 3, just food for thought
Glad to see Oda there, making sure the team gets his story right. I'm sure Season 2 will be just as good as Season one, unless something unexpected happens.
It is, because it was not included in the manga. A lot of the episodes from Logtown are filler, such as the episode where Usopp gets his goggles, where Sanji participates in the cooking competition and the one where Luffy visits the Gold Roger Bar. Oda confirmed that some of these things happened in SBS, though.
You guys didn't get mad when live action Luffy not being a Brazilian and sanji played by a British ...you'll get made when a person with black/ brown skin tone is casted ...
@@josephjoestar4633 If you're gonna be racist at least get it right. She's of Indian heritage. Which absolutely makes sense considering Alabasta has a lot of architecture inspired by India, especially the desert areas of India.
God the live action really fills me with spite and vitriol due to how badly they butch Oda's story; characters, and world. What's the point of telling the story to a new audience if you don't bother to tell the story as written?
Whats the point of repeating the exact same words? Oda's there to greenlight things and they have a much shorter time to tell everything. It's an adaptation, and a good one at that.
Some story decisions were necessary (massively excluding garp) but it does feel like they havent really understood the characters and all the nuisance in the way things were originally set out or just failed at making this clear

27 years since the manga started! But yeah, it has to be sort of surreal for him, but also exciting/amazing.
I was just thinking this! It must be so cool
@@yadgadgedamn I’m still in the mindset that it’s only been 23-25 years…

Its not like he's a lazy American who eats crap all day. Your comment is pointless and based on nothing but your own speculation

You're one of my favorite OP Content creators on the scene man, keep up the great work!
the attention to detail is fantastic.
except for vivi
Well vivi is a perfect especially she live in dessert@@Batnano
@@Batnano lilbrobro still crying about vivi's casting 😭
Must be a trip for Oda to see it all cone to life right in front of him.
Im so hyped to see David Dastmalchian portray Mr. 3. Thats along with so many of the other cast choices
These videos are super fun and informative! Please don't stop making them!
That fact that the props are getting this much attention to detail gives me hope
4:38 You got me jumping down a rabbit hole.
10:28 thats the RTS award (Royal Television Society)

But I bet they weren’t that big, right?
@@Am3lia77 they would be about that size however there wouldn't be much space between the uh, lines of the 3, it'd be more like a squished 3
Thank you truly for making these videos! It must be a lot of work!
as usuall ... incredible work that I never see in other OP chanel (English and French that I follow)
Love your breakdowns and attention to detail!
Do you think someone was tasked to read one piece and keep track of the different brands of drinks used, just funny to think about
Great video!!! I always look forward to these deep dives after any live action news is announced. Thank you so much!
gracias por el analisis, es muy valioso!
Man you really work hard to connect the dots!!...❤
Cool video man!,
It was a lot of fun to take a break from Thanksgiving and watch this! I don’t think it’s Chopper.
Glad to see Oda there, making sure the team gets his story right. I'm sure Season 2 will be just as good as Season one, unless something unexpected happens.
I can't imagine that being anything/one but Chopper. Good catch!
My favorite is that one with Oda, Robin and Vivi. I want to see his face on this one :D
You should snip out those photos and run them thru Topaz A!, crisp them up some
I think the den den mushi in logue town, is a public snail.
Ever to be used by anyone or for public announcements.
Don't think that's Chopper at all. More likely a stuffed Lapin
If robin isn’t tan and or has bangs ima be mad
4:04 Pretty sure that's basil.
It's law, but not SH Figuearts Raid Law. It's Sabaody Law, most likely a statue.
Chopper hiding really poorly behind the candle stand
Beauty vid
I don’t think that’s chopper it reminds me more of snow bunny’s from drum island the Lapins
Maybe it’s a stand in like the sonic movie?
Who going to play as Toby Toby chopper?
Is Oda feeling better?
JEFF BRIDGES = WHITEBEARD ???
Stop, that'd be too fucking awesome lol
MUSTAAAARRRDDDDD

Vivi is not very interesting in my opinion, not as expected
You haven't even seen her acting?? You're literally just basing your opinion on her skin colour.
your opinion is unsolicited :)
wok3 casting with vivi, the show is dead after 2nd season
not everyone in the op world is white bucko
They already had black people in the first season man. Plus it makes sense considering the setting.
