We are just getting into dirt, and we’re lucky enough to try this at our last race! It was so rad! I definitely think I’m gonna try to grab one for summer season out here.
Saw those a few years ago at the RC Chili Bowl. Ross May had one in his booth (McAllister). Nice evolution of the manual ones we made several years before that. I still use my manual one from about 7 years ago. Miles ahead of hand scrubbing.
Very COOL idea but it's HUGE (size and price)! Just not practical for a local racer like me. As much as I'd love to have one of these, I'll stick with my Tupperware dish with a brush glued to the bottom, lol. Maybe track owners could make one available to racers?
Ryan , super new to rc racing. Been bashing for some time but want to get into racing. Can u make a video explaining what qualifiers or a main or b main means.? Im just nit familiar with how a race day or days go about. Thanks. I got a used sct410.3 and want to short course race. Thanks again
SCT is a great class to get started! So if say 15 people show up to race SCT, that's too many to be on the track at once so it will split into 2 groups. For the mains, the 8 fastest qualifiers will make the A main. Everyone else (in my example, 7 other drivers) will race in the B main. The top 2 in the B main will "bump up" to the A main.
@@noonergarage4114 I normally go sidewall , we just use a can of glass cleaner the foam stuff to clean our tires at my local track , but it's also indoor clay track
@@midwestboss8808 yeah indoor high bite typically needs very minimal cleaning compared to loose dirt cars. We have a LOT more to clean on the loose dirt oval side.
This needs to be made with a little cleap brushless setup, put a reciever on there, and then use your rc remote for the throttle…. Honestly probably cheaper to fab that up, and buy the stuff, than it would be for a drill if you dont have one…
This is a great product! But it is way too expensive... If you look up the price of all the components and even add a bit of money in for the labor it still doesn't add up to what they're asking for. I'll stick with my homemade one that's similar that only cost me $50 in parts.
Do you worry about water getting in your tires or do yours not have holes in them?
That looks pretty useful for 1/8 ! 240$ is pretty steep, but I've seen much dumber RC stuff sell for alot more at the track...
Simple Green, brush, and a rag work wonders too and way cheaper than buying that.
Just ordered mine. 10 left. But the man is always making more.
Worth every cent. I bought one of these last December and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Bob a good man makes a awesome tire cleaner
Looks awesome. If I buy one, I'm modding it with a motor mount and wiring the motor to the battery system and switch that's already there. 😂
Got one from Bob himself! Love it
cover the belt, rid the drill to a self contained motor, with adjustible speed dial, then its worth $200 nice video.
Welcome back man glad to see you making videos
This is definitely going on my list of things to buy for the upcoming season.
Those tires are so clean already. I want to see one caked in mud. Like our tires here in the pnw
I have something similar. It’s called EZ Clean. 🥰 It’s a huge timesaver in between the runs !
I'm not sure if it's my next purchase but I do love having clean tires!
I dunno how many of these you just sold, but it's not a few. I got one coming, said it was the last one too.
LEGEND BOB IS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!
Definitely a step up from the manual tire cleaner box 👍
That would be really useful for crawler tires! Guess I'll make one for those 😂
I can't wait to hook this up to my Makita die grinder :D
How about heavy clay? those tires look pretty clean for using for testing.
Definitely could incorporate the drill into mechanically driving a pump so there is no need for the other battery.

I use my drill a AR60 Axle shaft, a Vinegar bottle with a scrub brush screwed in the bottom
Pretty cool what cleans the top of the tire I see brushes on the side how does it clean on top of tread
I recently won a tire cleaner at a local event. Not as advanced as this one, but very useful. 👍
One of my buddies made me one like that and he set it up for both truggy and buggy
Sweet, seems pretty useful
Looks interesting, but we is the finish with really dirty tires?
I like the that one but I went with the ez clean tire washing station that 240 was hard to swallow

Oh ok. Makes sense now. Thanks!
@@greenwithenvy0613thanks for the info
Ok one big issue does it soak the inner foam , cuz I don't want to be replacing foams all the time cuz they got wet and ruined
Depends on if you vent through the sidewall or face of the tread mostly. Sidewall, no, face of the tread, yeah, a bit...

Ryan when is the next time you are going to drop in at SS Hobbies?
Great video
Where do I find out where to buy? Website?
Ya but can it do golf ballz?
But you really are not using dirty wheels my tracks get tires dirty and sometimes packed
Garrett Tucker is my friend
And slicks are easy to clean
🤯🤯🤯
240 dollars is fkn crazy

I mean if maybe you had to clean 200 tires in one day but this thing is absurd.
Price point is ridiculous tho. Maybe if it comes with battery and motor.
Bro, I pay for invisiblespeed, but you have style cuz. What a sick RC cnt
Cool product , priced to high.
It’s cool but not worth the cost
I felt the same!! I GOT ONE ANYWAY!! TBH, SPEAKING FOR MYSELF,after using this jig, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!
What happened to the moto vids?☹️
Ya that’s pretty cool. But I’m cooler 😎
No doubt it’s a great product….. but for $240 for a plastic box that I supply the motor for I will never find out.
$260 no thanks
Everyone has lost their fucking mind
MacGyver sh!t with the design, but ok. Hard pass at $240 though.
Money wasted for poor people like me.
What a joke
This thing is soooo overpriced...
Terrible design
LOL thats nuts....Just use the drill and a sponge.
A plastic ammo box 2 dollar tree brushes and a aquarium pump REALLY !!!🫤
