Haha that fellow seems endowed with undeniable skills, Lanipator is one of the best (did YYH Abridged almost on his own, and really helped launch the "abridged" phenomenon by doing a lot of free work for DBZA.

The red-headed killed me because he was that in his early Robin days. Cold as hell.
Red hood backstory:his dad was abusive and was murdered in prison and his mother drank alot and he was homeless and beat to death by a crowbar and him and his mom died in an explosion and he was refused his right to rest peacefully by being bring back to life and he's still young so he hasn't had as much time as batman to get over (batman still isn't over it)
Batman:his parents were mudered and he's had like 1000 years to get over it...that's it (also he's kind of the reason Jason died)

Well batman had his parents killed in front of his eyes at a young age after having a good relationship with them from his beginning, then their murderer got off free cause the gcpd was corrupt. Then as he lived in the giant house now empty without his parents with the constant reminder of the life he did have with them. Then the bat trauma and shiz leads to him becoming a fighter of the good side using his fear, anger, and disappointment of himself to save his parent so he used it to improve his ability and keep him going no matter the adversary. Although it also did hold him back in the beginning. Not to forget before he could leave out to train around the world he was raised by Alfred who became his father figure/ actual father. So yeah Batman has had to go through so much more opposed to young Jason.
FingerDawg lol okay. Forget the part where he didn't get to have a childhood and was raised by crooks. Bruce had positive memories of his parents. He also had Alfred after they were gone. Jason had none of that. His post-crisis story has plenty reason for him to be so emo.

Having said that, I'm really enjoying this, and hope there is more on the way soon!
Kyle Nguyen understandable you're not the only one that asked that. Basically the cut scene between when batman falls and when nightwing grabs him. In between there is a lot of stuff going on that we cut out, originally when we wrote it we thought it wouldn't make sense how we got from one spot to the other hence why red hood said no continuity errors there... but somehow when I pieced it together it didn't look that bad ha ha if that makes sense
