    1 lemon
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1 tbsp. minced garlic
    1 hot pepper chopped
    2 pimento peppers chopped- optional
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup green seasoning - • Caribbean Green Season...
    parsley chopped
    1 scallion chopped
    2 tsp lemon pepper
    2 tsp fish seasoning - Maggie
    1 tbsp. duck and goat curry powder
    1 1/2 tbsp. mild curry powder
    1/2 cup coconut milk - optional

    i love conch i cook this everyday but i never use lime or vinger cuz that tends to get it hard and rubbery just my opinion

    I noticed there was no oil in the pot I guess you're trying to be on the healthier side I'm definitely going to try currying and stewing without oil
