Ingredients
Conchs (washed in vinegar and water then flattened with a mallet)
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 med. onion
1/2 med. bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Seasoning
Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
3 tbsp. Curry Powder
1 tbsp. Turmeric Powder
salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 cups water + 3 tbsp.
thyme
1/2 lime
1 tsp. cornstarch

Thank you for watching and supporting my friend. The most important step is to scald it first for a minute then allow it to boil in the final gravy for about 10 minutes over medium heat with a lot of onions etc.
