Foodie nation all uh go by shanti in south for curry ...she knows how to cook good curry ..especially at d start burning d curry ....she ent burn da curry good at all..

That curry didn't cook properly, that's not the way to cook CURRY
Foodie nation, you all need to get back to basics and stop tweaking traditional Trini cooking. Clyde and Shanty are the only ones who cook real Trini food. The rest are poor implementation and delivery.
Curry is a Indian thing...but yes it's loved & eaten by most people in this country.
