Still one of my favourite moments in music watching this show. My friends wanted to watch something terrible on another stage (the band Live I think?) so me and my brother watched it alone. It was amazing
You have good taste. Your friends were idiots.
Wow, I would kill to have been there for this, or especially their show at Glastonbury '02
Wow very early Millionaire version !
I was there. 1st band on the 2nd stage on the Saturday morning!!
morning? nice
Yeah me too- was a great gig- roasting hot day- met my girlfriend that day who Im still with into our 21st year together- some amazing memories freom that weekend- think Everlast were on first.....thought it was about 2 oclock, but then, I was in a somewhat altered state.....
Incredible wake up
Me too. With a wakeandbake in my hand.
This must be the heavist qotsa recording out there. Its heavier than Kyuss
@Jax Jordan Fucking bots. GET OUT
Yeah sounds great
I think their Glastonbury 2002 performance hits just a little better.. Think it's Dave on drums that does it and nick was on point!
Cheers man, Awesome upload!!! I love the version of Mexicola where he sings over the outro!!!
awesome recording of an epic setlist with a killer lineup. thanks for this upload!
Amazing setlist!
Avon sounds absolutely hellish with the bass and guitar together like that. I would literally commit felonies to get my stingray to sound like that.
The vocal harmonies on Millionaire were very cool. Got that ZZ Top vibe.
They sound heavier and hungrier with less band members than they have now...
Great recording of the queens and what a track list !
never knew they had Millionaire so early on! wonder why it wasn’t on RATED R
Not a hater but old school qotsa > "new"
Yeah the new album coming out has made me revisit their classic stuff and it really can't compare. Imo EV was their last great album and SFTD was their last brilliant one.
@@DrumsBah agree 100%
@@DrumsBah With you exactly. Even though Like Clockwork is the one that got me into them. Their work before it is better.
honestly i'm not too big on rated r and sftd. i love self titled and era vulgaris. their new stuff still kicks ass.
Wow I didn't know they were doing Millionaire this early;
I know they played it during Rated R tours, but didn't know they did it during the first album era
Killer set list!!
Je vous aime, #NickOliveri ❤
Best rock n' roll band of ever
Have you checked out Amyl & The Sniffers? Not the same league but definitely fun.
I was there. They were on early.
Millionaire low-key sounds like Fugazi track
Any footage of this?
what a great question QOTSA-LIVE may know
