Nice one guys, the coin drill is well worth remembering so many golfers leave it short. Is the huge mistake writing backwards.
When you line your ball up look for a mark or different coloured blade of grass 2feet infront of your ball on the line you have chosen that helps keep your putter head stay on the line you have chosen rather thsn looking at the hole which is to far away and may not be the correct line.
Same principal as a bowling alley where you line up the marks at the begining to get your bowling ball on the right line.
Down hill putts require a decelerating putt hold your putter lightly uphill hold putter tighter.

Laziness on our part, we never follow throught on the critical things, like not finishing the swing.

Liam... lining the ball up took you about 10 seconds..... so why not do this all the time.? (not having to take another putt will save you even more time.) ... great vid.

I think the coin tip will really help me on short putts to speed up through impact . I hate coming

I've not heard of the coin trick if I'm honest with you.
However, I think for me and putting it's about Feel with the Putter. I always line the ball up and apparently not look directly at the flag but a point near you (tip from Bryson).

I’ve always lined my ball up. And if I’m 20+ foot from the pin I try and get it in the bin lid circle around the hole, and if it drops in that’s a bonus . But great tips here from Adam .

Liam I think you rush things as you are having to think about the production, narrative and everything else. Routine will then be difficult to maintain for all your shots. We love you as you are mate❤️

Liam putting is like all parts of the game practice and faith in yourself
I have to say, I have noticed this in your game before, young Liam - that is, not lining up your ball. But because a lot of your putts are not too bad, I thought I was wrong and you were just good at setting up very quickly. I am, usually, by far the best putter in my four-balls and I always line up the ball first. Then the rest is down to pace. But, I have to say, I don’t know why but I have never seen that putting tip with the coin before. I haven’t even heard any of my golf mates talk about it. Tell you what though, I’ll be using that from now on. Great tip. Can’t wait to try that. Thanks Liam. Best regards from the Giant’s Causeway coast. 😄👍⛳️☘️

Don't think I've ever lined a putt with the ball I always use the line on the back of my putter 🤔 could be worth a try though

Liam, I notice you don't tend to wear a hat and in this video your head looks well burnt. As someone who didn't wear a hat enough when I was younger and is now forced into protecting myself from sun damage, worth thinking about Golf Mate.

Its suggesting a player can go from 28 to 5 , thats the advert, its suggesting a quick fix, do it now and bang it will happen..
The thumbnail is designed to pull people in, i understand as its an instruction it could help some people, i would not deny that. You do put out good content, but each thumbnail is now more and more towards having people think wow what is this. Now if it was something that would instantly lower everyones scores, thats great, super video. But realistically thats not going to happen.
Hence its a very clickbate thumbnail in my opinion friend. And its more than just this one.

How is that click bait?! Becoming a better putter is by far the quickest way to reduce anybodies handicap.
If your not grasping how the thumbnail and its quoted statement is very clickbait, then i dont believe you really understand what click bait is buddy...
Can you reduce your handicap by a percentage amount quoted ? ? No one will be able to achiec that level, hence its a very inflated statment that will draw peoples attention to it, that will make them want to click the video over others. Its very basic mental manipulation. No different to putting a hot girl in thumbnail and saying come stroke play with me for a good time.... @@joefarrell95
