Beautifully played and controlled Steven thank you. Played it through 3 times whilst getting ready for work on a wet rainy morning in Liverpool uk. One of my favourites.
Thank you much appreciated. Glad you enjoyed it. As you can see from the background our weather is starting to turn towards autumn here. Been a lovely summer but winter is definitely on it's way. Been a few years since I was in Liverpool :-)
Lovely really lovely , i do have this and have played it , just gone down with a case of Bells Palsy over xmas so playing is curtailed while the steroids kick in but it is a great source of impetus to listen to you and other players .
@@StevenBoothNZ Hi Steven . Thought i'd just update you on my progress since the post . Four weeks after my Bells Palsy diagnosis i started to get feeling back on the right side of my face , the lopsidedness had gone just before so i didn't look too " ODD " . By about 2 months i was gaining enough strength in my lip for the air to stop escaping past an upper D . I have followed a few suggestions and along with exercises , a Steven Mead " U " trainer and a P.E.T.E lip gadget , not to mention a lot of encouragement from fellow band members i am now up to a D above the stave . I do have problems with a cornet , well all small mouthpieces now to be honest , but Euph/Bari are where my heart lies . I have to say , i have got an excellent range on the wifes Eb bass .........she no longer plays because of arthritis so it's mine now , OMG , that sounded so heartless .....ignore the last comment . Loving the vids by the way .
Thanks for the update @roystone9932 - sorry only just seen it otherwise I would have replied sooner. Glad to hear things are getting back to normal - it's a tough road I know. Keep going you'll get there
