@@dunasay Thx , I found 2 ways to reduce salt , 1 is to squeeze the zucchini in muslin cloth or a cheese making bag / without salt, and it seems white pepper can give a salt taste -but not tried that yet

I would need to reduce the salt or find an alternative to zucchini that does not need salt to drain water , but nice recipe .
