A tip for first time laminators, you want to keep a puddle of resin in front of your squeegee as you drag it across the cloth or you will shift your cloth on the board as well. Once you shift the cloths its very difficult to get it back to where it was without moving the rest of the cloth out of place. you want to lay out your cloth and leave it exactly there and in the perfect spot before you start laminating and try your best TO NOT MOVE THE CLOTH

You could use solarez resin. I recommend polyesture because it can be on the foam. And it cures/ hardens from UV light so u can take as long as you want. And there's no mixing unless you want to add catalyst or pigment.
