How to Gloss a Surfboard Using Solarez UV Cure Resin

solarez.com/ One of the advantage of using Solarez UV cure resin is: The "B" stage allows extra time for the brush strokes to "lay out" and also surfacing agent to rise.
Because the resin is just slightly catalyzed it will last about 5 hours at 65 degrees.
Materials Used:
Solarez UV Cure Gloss Resin.
3M green hi-tack works best (233+ masking tape)
Sandpaper: Norton Premium & Waterproof
dry sand deck with 600 grit
wet sand rails with 400 grit then 600 grit
3M 05954 Super Duty Rubbing Compound.

use: #5 Meguiars Glaze Polish
